clean and convenient from airport.

I used this hotel for a business trip. It served the purpose. The beds are firmer than I am used to but at least they are bug free. The room was clean. The pools water was too cold for my enjoyment. I would stay again if in the area.

Phone chargers wouldn't stay in outlets. Toilet seat slid. Issues with our credit card linked to someone else's room. Then they called our room after 11pm to tell us it was fixed. Great but we have 3 young kids must me call that late.

Decent for the price.

Room was nice and spacious. Clean sheets and beds. Pillows were way too soft. We had to use 7 to get comfortable. The breakfast was typical breakfast food. The inside pool was nice. Biggest complaint I have was being charged for $108 by "accident" and the convienet area to buy chips, drinks, etc was not stocked. I got a refund for the $108 but had to deal with my bank to get it released to my account. The front desk lady "didn't know" what happened. Decent room for the price but definitely check your bank for accidental charges.
