Good for the price

We had issues with our door locking itself and locking us out. Was only an issue because it was a work trip and needed to get in the room to sleep. The hotel staff was amazing and helpful.

Nice hotel near downtown

My friend and I stayed for comicon at the convention center it is close to everything in the downtown area the hotel was very clean staff was nice but they do NOT have a shuttle that's the only bad thing about this place other than that will recommend to any one

Pros: Not much outside of location .
Cons: Revamp , update and fumigate entire complex.
Ants on floor and inside microwave. Staff removed microwave to clean it and brought it back next dat, with more ants inside! Floors were never vac. And bathroom floor had dirty towels left when I returned in evening. Could hear person above me walking as floors creaked every time you moved. Very outdated rooms and overpriced. Staff tried to do what they could but one staffer did say they're " hands were tied".

overall everything was great. The only thing that I was not happy is when I found out they didn't have continental breakfast. Every hotel that I've stayed in the past has those amenities.

Pros: Staff seemed nice.
Cons: Breakfast offered
Location: Grocery store close by and that was helpful. Had room with microwave and mini-frig.
Stayed here to go to volleyball tourney at Indiana Conv Center. Was about 10-15 min walk. Wish it was connected to skywalk and malls like some of the other Marriott hotels. Also wish they served a breakfast. We paid quite a bit for the rooms and I thought they were average at best.

The room was excellent except for the ants. When I showed the desk clerk he shrugged it off, as if it was common place

Thank you for bringing the issue you experienced with the ants to our attention. We immediately called our pest elimination company and did a large treatment hotel wide over the past weekend that eliminated all signs of ants. We hope that when you are in town again in the future, you'll give us a chance to redeem ourselves.

Parking fee was expensive. That was the only real disappointment to the stay. Hotel was a little outdated but it was clean. Staff was extremely helpful with information about the area.

While we know extra fees such as parking can some times be disappointing, being a downtown property, our parking charge is the cheapest available.
