overnight stay to attend conference

Pros: parking, convenience to conference center and walk connection, very nice city
Cons: disappointed with breakfast...most hotels offer free breakfast...but all in all a nice stay
Location: Indianapolis...appeared to have a tons of offerings, but just came for a conference
booked in February, late check-in, approached professionally with goodnews/badnews situation...no queen beds/ 4 adult accommodations will give you two rooms, king bed at the same price...WIN!

No pool No hot tub Bar not open except few hours after n evening No complimentary drinks, breakfast And rooms are very pricy Would not recommend for the money But staff is very friendly

Convenient to all that Indianapolis has to offer.

Pros: Friendly staff, great room and convenient location.
Location: Convenient to the heart of downtown, making it very walkable.
I was in town attending the 2017 Youth Sports Safety Summit. The Courtyard by Marriott was conveniently located near the NCAA Headquarters where the conference was being held. A short 5 minute walk. Staff was friendly and was able to assist me with all my needs. Room was great, one of the best ones I have stayed in. Will definitely look to book with the Courtyard the next time I am in Indianapolis.

I was charged $50 on my charge card that should not been charged so for this reason I had to stop my card for theft

expensive and not worth it.

The hotel was already expensive, so when I pulled up and realized I wasn't in the fancy high rise (JW Marriott), I was disappointed. There was an additional parking fee of $30 (and that was discounted). Very understaffed. No one answered the front desk phone the first 2 times that I tried and that was shortly after check in time when a hotel should be the most staffed. They had a Starbucks coffee bar that wasn't even opened. The next morning I realized that my complimentary lotion was used, gross I wonder what else was not cleaned.

1st night gave away our room, 2nd night water leak

Advertised as "Your room/unit will be guaranteed for late arrival." - not the case. We called the hotel at 9pm before making the 4 hour drive to let them know we would have a late check-in. They said it was not an issue and we would still have our room. Well 4 hours later when we arrived at 1am, they had given our room away. They put us in another hotel down the road (mind you - we booked this one specifically because it was connected to the convention center where we had an event, and we now had to walk/re-park cars outside in middle of December). They told us they were sorry but things like this "happen all the time". Really?? Then what is the point of making reservations, and why was I told my room was available 4 hours prior? They said we would have a room available with them the next night. The next day after re-parking cars, packing from the other hotel, and moving all our belongings, we got a 'newly renovated room' at Courtyard. The shower door did not properly seal so when I got out of the shower there was over an inch of water pooled up in the entire bathroom and started seeping under the bathroom door into the carpet. Very disappointed with this stay.

Extremely convenient and clean!

Location is perfect for anything downtown. We were going back and forth to IUPUI and it was a 5 min drive. The skyway is awesome for going to the mall or restaurants, especially during the winter. Never needed a jacket. Hotel is being renovated and the rooms were large and comfortable.
