I didn't like that even at 11/12 kids were still running up and down the hallway, up and down the stairwell, and Knocking on door and running.
I stay here at least once a month never had that problem. Otherwise, very nice place to stay

Kaitlin at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. We appreciated her warm welcome
We would definitely stay again. Room was nice. Pool is too small to handle a full weekend. Happy hour and breakfast were great. Lots of options for breakfast.

I called before booking and was told that there was a hot tub and pool. I specifically asked because we were just having a small spring break getaway in town. There was NO HOT TUB and the pool was always cloudy as if the ph levels were off. I was told that I need to speak to the manager all the time but I never heard back from the manager. We could have booked with a hotel that had what we were looking for if we were given the correct information.
This property is in a great location close to a lot of eateries

Although the website states that the hotel will shuttle you to nearby areas, the hotel has NO shuttle at all.
This once was a very nice hotel, but is now showing its age and needs sprucing up
The girls at the front desk were very polite and kinda. The room was very hot.
Please try to relocate your smokeing from next to the door to a side bench or some other area. When you walked up you could get the smell.
Very busy but pleasant environment.
Friendly staff.
TV in sitting room worked, TV in bedroom did not.

Rooms were large and comfortable.
The property was well worn and staff were not attentive to messes made by guests...as an example there was something dropped in the elevator on Sunday evening and it was still there Monday morning about 10:00am.

Have stayed here before. This trip, the rooms were not as clean as before and the overall state of the hotel was run down. Chairs in the room were peeling and breakfast was lackluster.

Easy check in, spacious room but lots of Wear and tare on furniture and carpet, weird room smell and over 40 kids in pool. If they can update rules and units it would be amazing. Other than that it was decent

First time staying. Was a great experience, breakfast was excellent!! Everything was very clean and well kept. Fast service, asked for extra towels and was at my door within 5 minutes. Very satisfied.. Will be back again if I'm in the area.
Overall, it was a pleasant stay. It does appear as though it has been a while since a refresh has occurred. Some of the furniture was frayed. And the elevators seem to need some servicing.
Everything was fine except for the front desk person. She seen me walk up and she left went off with some guy and i had to go ask her if she was open to help me. She came and checked me in with the worst attitude you could imagine!!! She wanted to continue her personal conversation. She was very very rude!!!!
Loud noise and no room service but stated that there is a restaurant in the hotel

You can’t play your Bluetooth speaker in the lobby was not loud it kept coming back-and-forth the day to turn the speaker down and his New Year’s Eve people is up having fun that was a reason why I went to the hotel to have wine and celebrate my wife birthday lotta people was there The TV is not cable is digital like they have an antenna hooked up to it The bar wasn’t open on New Year’s Eve don’t think guy be going back there. I went there three years in a row this year was not fun

Room wasn’t ready at check-in time. 2 of four elevators broken. TV in bedroom had only 5 working channels. Fridge door wouldn’t stay closed. Chair in room was peeling vinyl. Hotel needs refurbishing.
Breonna was excellent in customer service. Reception food was good.

When I arrived at check in, my room was not ready . When I got in the room it was not cleaned and looked like someone still stayed in there. I came downstairs and got another room. My new room sink and shower was clogged. I spoke front desk and she brushed me off.

My room had water damaged base boards that I noticed on the 2nd day of my stay. I noticed a sticky substance with a hair stuck in it on a wash cloth. The lighting was too dim in the bedroom. It was difficult to get the room to a good temperature. The deadbolt didn’t work on the lock. The only positive was the bar service. Very fun environment and a nice complement to the stay.
