Checkin was the worst experience ever! Hour later!

Staff member when checking in was the worst customer representative I have ever experienced. Literally took over an hour for Julie to check us in as they were having computer problems and we had to wait on a fax from Expedia to get to our room even though it was on my phone with everything that was on the paper. Julie was rude and instead of getting us to our room in a timely fashion so we could comfortably wait she made us wait with our six year old son in our car until after 1am. Than the next day comes to find out she had charged my credit card yet again. worst experience ever!!!

HORRIBLE HOTEL

My stay was horrible. I had to wait 1 hour after 3 pm to get placed in my room because of a shortage in staffing (housekeeping). After I was checked in, maintenance banged on my door then opened it as I was getting dressed and told me they had to clean my windows now. I will never stay at that or any other Extended Stay. I actually did not even stay in the room. I just drove back to St. Louis that night! Horrible

Not worth the money.

This hotel was gross. Front desk attendant was rude, not just to us but other guests. Was talking to the ringing phone about how they should just hang up because she wasn't going to answer. Room was smelly. Very noisy. Bathroom faucet was dripping all night and the sound of it hitting the tub kept me awake until I threw a towel into the tub to quiet it. Not worth the money for almost $100. Construction notices everywhere about where not to park, what doors not to use, keep the drapes closed if you don't want window washers looking in etc. it was annoying.

Disappointed

Disappointing stay. Each time we left and returned our room key would not work. Many extra trips back to the front desk to get a new key. Pool was drained for 2 days of our stay. "Breakfast" was very disappointing. Room has a kitchenette but it was not stocked with anything: No utensils, dishes, pans, etc. You had to ask for every single thing you wanted to use and they acted as though it put them out for them to bring it to your room. We often ended up going to the front desk for things. Location is near freeway exit which was the best thing about our stay.
