Disappointing stay. Each time we left and returned our room key would not work. Many extra trips back to the front desk to get a new key. Pool was drained for 2 days of our stay. "Breakfast" was very disappointing. Room has a kitchenette but it was not stocked with anything: No utensils, dishes, pans, etc. You had to ask for every single thing you wanted to use and they acted as though it put them out for them to bring it to your room. We often ended up going to the front desk for things. Location is near freeway exit which was the best thing about our stay.

We certainly apologize for any miscommunication regarding our policy of keeping the dishware, kitchen utensils and cookware at our front desk in order to ensure cleanliness for every guest. I am so sorry if getting these items was an inconvenience, and I will certainly speak to my staff about their need to promptly deliver same when requested. Unfortunately the pool closure was an unexpected event which had to be taken care of for the health and safety of our guests. The necessary work was completed as quickly as possible to enable us to re-open the pool for your enjoyment during these hot days of summer. Again, I apologize for the inconveniences you experienced on this visit and hope you will stay with us again so we can provide you with an outstanding experience and great customer service!
