Hope you like stairs - or bumps
Not a place anyone more than mildly disabled - stairs required Except for entrance next to Dumpster - there you have choice of uneven, downward slanting concrete ending with a door in front of a sewer grating where water (or snow and ice- both occurred during stay) build up: or two large stepping stones with no railing leading to the same grating... Also a Large pothole in the entrance ramp. Shower head wasn't tight - sprayed water over the curtain soaking bathroom floor.

My room was dirty and not clean. Molded food in mircowave. No blanket. Toilet had dookie in it. The hotel managar told me to make this complaint here and to contact her for verify. Said she couldnt do nothing because I booked through Expedia.

There was no "stay." They canceled our reservation without any notification along with many others and rebooked them in a money grab due to Big 10 championships in town. They rebooked all rooms so we were stranded in Indy with no place to stay after our nieces wedding. They said because it was a third party booking they could do that. There were many irate customers.

It’s advertised as a breakfast hotel, there is no breakfast. My room has no lights at the entrance, the bathtub was clogged and the TV remote control has no battery cover. Also I have to wait some time for the teller to solve the problem with my room’s keys. Why, because he was never in the front desk.

The front desk staff is nice, however major pot holes at the entrance of the hotel, housekeeping not cleaning room properly. Hotel could use an update.

Simply unbelievable and not in a good way!
Not much to tell. Never even made it to a room. Instead was told upon arrival that they ran out of linens so only one of our two beds would actually be made. This topped with the uneasy feeling we had walking in seeing a near by parked cars window broken and realizing that their "included breakfast" area was oatmeal packets and hot water I feel like we dodged a bullet by cancelling!

We never even got booked in!!! There was not elivator we had "the last room" on the 3rd floor. Difficult steps. Receptionists words. We went to comfort in got great room great service and a lovely breakfast. For the same price. Sorry Hotels.com

Other than being dirty and out dated, The property next door was extremely close and it would have been nice to have a sheer curtain under the heavy curtains. I couldn’t open the curtains because you can see directly into all the rooms in the hotel next door. The carpet was dirty and my room had a burn in the floor. There was a gap in the bottom of the front door allowing you to hear everything. Last but not least I had to kill a roach. I took my things and went to my car.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. The entire hotel, including our room, smelled awful. There were stains on the sheets, gnats everywhere in the room, wallpaper peeling, unwiped surfaces in the room, and we thought the front desk employee who had his pants sagging around his knees was a guest outside until we walked in and he walked behind the counter. We didn’t stay longer than 20 minutes before we checked out.

Our keys didnt work all night long!!!! I had a special needs child with me and as we were leaving at 6am the door gets shut with her inside and our key would not work and she was in there for a good 10mins because noone was at front desk!!!!

Not what I expected
Check in was hectic, the man working was filling in from another hotel, no other staff was there - including house keeping. I arrived around 3:30pm and was told our room wasn't ready - still had to be cleaned. (Which he had done for the guests before and after me from what I heard). When I got to our room, there were no towels, no kitchen items (dishes, utensils, pots/pans) which we had planned to use during the weekend, the room had an stale scent, and sheets were a little stained. The man working Friday night was very pleasant and obviously had been dealing with a lot that day. The lady who took over for the rest of the weekend was also pleasant and helpful.

I don't like being lied to.!!!!!
This hotel was advertised with breakfast included. They had packets of dried oatmeal and coffee but no creamer. THIS IS NOT BREAKFAST. If you don't have it, that's fine, but DONT lie about it. We have stayed in Extend Stay's before and they were great. Will not stay in one ever again.
