There were bugs coming in around the window. When I was brushing my teeth, water began to back up in the sink, resulting in some unknown substance's floating to the surface. However, what bothered me the most was when I awakened early in the morning to police officers arresting a young boy outside of my room trying to scale the building and come through the window. I'm not sure if the window had locks on them but, that issue definitely needs to be addressed.

Check in took more than 30 min as they did not have info about late arrival. Finally after 25 min or so they found it but they had issues to take the deposit. Staff said she was new and no one told her about my late arrival. She tried her best and did apologize

This was by far one of the better extended stays I have booked with. It was very clean, smelled good walking in, staff were friendly and helpful. I wish I could remember the young lady at the front desk’s name (has long locs with red tips) she was very helpful and always friendly. If we come back to Indianapolis for work we will definitely stay again!

This property was completely not cared about. The owners probably haven’t seen this place in a decade. The elevator worked and then didn’t work. We used the stairs because everyone was saying it was about to break down. Made a loud noise and doors didn’t close. The “grab and go” breakfast consisted of some oatmeal packets and about 5 granola bars in a basket. Coffee was available. Nothing else and there’s was little of what they did have. The best part was…. I lost my room card key. After a long work day went to get a new card made and the staffer said “sorry we are out of cards and I can’t make another”. I said what should I do and he told me I needed to find the key bc he couldn’t help me. 😳😳😳. Luckily another guest heard it and had him swipe his card clean and rekey it for my room then I had to return it so he could get back in his room. The room was fine. Nothing really wrong with it but wow! Won’t be staying here ever again and I travel to Indy quite often.

i didn’t stay in the room the first night i had it. i basically used the room to just store my things overnight. the next night when i returned to sleep there, there were bed bugs in the bed. i checked out early.

This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. The only thing that helped was the kindness of the staff. You know that this was the property owners issue and that staff were not provided what they need to assist. I realize that this is an extended stay and people who are evicted from apartments land here. The marijuana smell was so prominent on the floor and in the lobby that it was sickening. people were smoking on the floors and in the elevators. I was supposed to get a discount but was still charged $80 per night. Have I known, I would not have paid eight dollars a night to stay here.

Stayed 1 night. The lady that checked us in was great but smelled like pot. We got to the room and the room across the hall had people yelling and fighting. Woke up at 11pm to the smell of cigarette smoke in a non-smoking room. From the hairs stuck in the towels, hair in the sink, no pillow case on one of the pillows, stained up floor...... it was bad enough that my 12 year old wanted to sleep in the truck.

Worst hotel stay ever!!
Booked 4 rooms for 2 nights. Only had 3 available and the rooms were booked in advance and paid in advance and they didn't even offer a refund. It was booked through Hotels.com The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, there was 2 towels in the room and they would not give us anymore, they said we had to give them the ones in the room and they would was them. There was no sheets for the pull out bed, and when we tried to get some they said no so we had to sneak in the laundry and get them. The front desk clerk got mad and said she can check me out if I'm not happy.

Property seems like it is going through a remodel, or starting one. Main elevator was out of order for maintenance, but secondary elevator was working. Morning breakfast consisted of a granola bar and/or a muffin. There may have been oatmeal packets but none when we went down at 7am on Saturday. We ended up finding a local breakfast place nearby after checking out. Room overall was ok. Staff was friendly.

Our 1st room given was dirty, had dirty clothes left in the bathroom, the kitchen table was dirty & sticky. The bed didn’t appear clean. The 2nd room was fine but older, outdated & rusty facilities. People were hanging out at the front at 11pm that looked nefarious so we used a side door. At 11pm, the entry door was propped open so anyone could enter. We planned to take the elevator but a guy came up to us & we felt so uncomfortable opted to use the front stairs instead. Uncomfortable the whole time! Glad I wasn’t traveling alone.

Had no wifi for a week. Elevator broke, fire department had to come out and everyone was outside, staff barely at the front desk, and got locked out my room for 40 min bc my keycard wasnt working and staff nowhere around. They also sent a receipt with someone else's bank info to my email just now.

All the room locks were down, one front desk staff had to take folks to rooms. Condition of rooms were poor, way past time for a complete remodel, only other guests were long term contractors.

This property is okay. Worked fine for our one night stay. The hotel is dingy and needs some updating and fresh paint but is generally clean. It is very close to 465 and lots of restaurants, shops, etc... It will charge a $100 deposit for possible damages that you get back after checkout. However, there is only a person there to check the rooms beginning at 7am-11pm. This was a little inconvenient since we had to check out at 6:30 am. I was able to check out, but not be present at the walk through that determined whether I got my money back. I made sure to video what our room looked like when we left in case there was any issues. Rooms had decent space and beds were mostly comfy. Pillows could use updating. There are quiet hours beginning at 10pm which was also nice. Didn't here any guests disturbances. Overall, for the price I paid, it served it's purpose. Front desk was accommodating when someone was working it.

Our room wasn’t ready at 4 pm. There were no staff at the desk and when someone finally came they didn’t know when rooms would be ready. It was frustrating so we went out and had dinner and came back to check in around 8. That person was much better.
