There was an advertisement for a pool and they didn’t have one. The front desk staff was rude!! The manager did nothing about it and Brooklyn at the end of our service was the only highlight of the stay!

Excellent location and great staff! Only drawback of the hotel is that the rooms on one side have a terrible view of the back of a building. Not much management can do about that though.

We were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil Stadium. It was a nice 13 min walk to and from the hotel. Hotel room was clean, we were able to check in an hour early. Staff was very friendly and able always accessible. The complimentary breakfast was average. We ended going out to eat our second day in town. We would stay here again.

Facilities looked nice beds were atrocious pillows were horrible no additional pillows were able to be found. Location easily accessible to the convention center.

Great last-minute location. Close to lots of interesting things in downtown Indy. Attached to a great restaurant (OP) without paying the price of the big-name hotel.

My only problem was that to park in the hotel parking ramp it’s as $52 for the night! I parked in the public ramp about a block and a half away and walked to the hotel

Great Adventure in Indianapolis
My stay was amazing, the hotel was in walking distance of the mall, the basketball arena, and the stadium. Price was very reasonable. Hotel was clean and employees friendly! I would stay again.

It was fair , online the rooms look bigger . Very small however . Came for a colts game , perfect walking distance from the hotel . I’d say it was fair stay . Staff is very welcoming and like that they allow early check in for small fee.
