The hotel staff was great. The hallways smelled like smoke. The locks on the door were odd. Not the key lock but the deadbolt had to be turned real hard to get to latch and then it kept slipping. Oh, and they charge you $9 to park in their parking lot that is filled with potholes. The room was clean and updated.

The decor was nice and the entire facility was clean and well maintained. All of the staff was very friendly and very helpful, especially the young lady that checked us in. Only complaint is that you charge for parking. Just charge a higher rate and be done with it. Sneaking in fees just seems bush league to me.

We were informed at check in, we were being charged $9/day for parking, due to an event going on next door. Apparently my almost $800 for the room wasnt enough. However when we left for lunch, there was no parking left for us, while they were still charging others to park and no parking available. Staff was rude when i went in to ask them about it. They didnt make it right. They lost a customer for good.

It was clean. The bed sheets smelled like home ( nice and fresh, lightly bleached sheets), staff was friendly. On the bad side gun shots in the middle of the night ( NOT COOL)

this is a very dirty place, breakfast was absolutely horrible. the door to room has a huge gap so you hear everything. i would never recommend this place.

A very unpleasant and unacceptable encounter with the front desk. Alarm in a room across the hall went off at 12:30 am so we called the front desk to address the loudness issue. I was told it wasn't a fire / smoke alarm so all was safe BUT there was no plan to address it and get it turned off. I was unhappy with the casual approach of the front desk person handling the call so I was assertive is suggesting that she needed to get this solved asap. She said she'd see what she might be able to do and while hanging up on me she stated “F You” to me. I called back immediately and demanded an apology and her response was to blame me for my tone and approach ... which, I admit was direct but in no way disrespectful nor over the line. After 30 more minutes of the alarm going off in the room #135, it finally stopped but our sleep and evening was ruined ... and a 6:00 am wake up was looming.

Indy Wedding
We needed a hotel alternative for a wedding in downtown Indy. We did not want to spend $200+ per night for the hotel selected by the couple. The Delta worked out nicely for us. Walked to a diner and Starbucks 1/2 mi away. We had a quiet stay. The bed was great and the room was clean.

On a Saturday night there was no bartender. Loud noises late at night. While turning the water on in the shower the knob fell off. The fridge was left open so I couldn’t keep anything cold for at least 24 hours.

Parking is a problem with a trailer. Security recommended i violate the no parking signs to put my pickup and trailer in a more secure area

They sent information to check-in in advance. I completed the check-in but when I got to the hotel no rooms were available. I understand they were extremely busy because of DCI competitions. However, the clerk told me the check-in online doesn't work so, essentially, I had to wait for well over an hour before I could get a room.

We get to Delta and the outside of the hotel was kinda sketchie but when we entered it was really nice. When we went to check in we were told the computers, internet, and TVs were down and that we needed to go to the hotel next door and they would give us a room, since it was the same chain. It is a Marriot. We were given a room and the bathroom tub had a hole that someone tried to patch but water was underneath of the tub. They gave us another room. All in all the area and room were clean just outdated. The staff was great and tried to make the best of the situation.
