The hotel was very clean and nice. The pool was kid friendly. Everything was great! Steve at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! The only mild complaint we had was the beds could have been more comfy but they weren’t terrible. Other than that it was perfect!

Property is slightly dated, really only evident in the bathrooms, mainly the tub. But overall it’s exactly what you expect from a Hampton. We weren’t up early enough for their breakfast so no comments on that. However the breakfast area appears pretty small. Overall it was a good experience.

I thought a charge of $75/night for a dog was seriously excessive. Of course, you’re not made aware of this until check-in. And the night staff member was very unfriendly. Did not smile once. Also, the mirror in the bathroom was way too high. I’m 5’2” and I could only see my neck and up. On the other hand, the beds were very comfortable.

To respond to your pet fee, we do charge a 75 per fee to ensure the room is cleaned to standards for those that cannot be around pets. Great lengths go into ensuring our rooms are free of pet dander, hair etc. For this to be done a pet fee is attached to all reservations and states on our reservation page when a pet is acknowledged to be coming. We love being pet friendly, however we consider all guest in this regard. I am sorry you didn’t get the friendly service we are accustomed to offering as we pride ourselves to being friendly and welcoming! I am sorry that was not your experience. My room smelled like wet dog and there were hairs all over the shower that weren't mine. The staff had poor attitudes anytime they were asked for anything, especially at breakfast.

Not too friendly!
Check in was quick and efficient but the clerk was less than friendly. We stayed 2 nites, our room was clean but smelled like dirty feet. The beds were comfortable. When we went down for breakfast, most everything was gone, no fruit, eggs, bagels, milk, potatoes, butter and when we asked, the girl did fill certain things but again was less than friendly. The one serving spoon was so caked with food it was gross. We ate out the second morning.

Nice place to stay. Right off the interstate for easy access. Hotel looks nice outside and inside. I thought it was a new property but the desk attendant stated they had gone through a magor remodel. Stayed with family and we spent much time downstairs in the sitting area w/a great long table and chairs to be able to mingle with my family. Breakfast buffet was great and always had hot coffee.

Booked room because it offered a jetted tub. The room was passable. Unfortunately the jets on the tub were so caked with residue we did not turn them on or even use the tub for a bath. Truly disgusting. The sheets appeared clean but rough. Floors need a good cleaning. Expected better from a Hilton chain!

Returning from Family Trip
This was a late night night stop returning from a family trip home. The front desk service was especially welcoming and the room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The morning breakfast and coffee were hearty, so i would call this a great stay!

We were given a room where the shower did not work and there was no soap in the room. We found out too late so did not want to go ask for another room. Toilet paper roll was behind toilet, hard to reach. There was a used bag in the ice bucket. The bottom sheet was old, would not hold the corners with the elastic, and did not stay on the bed through the night. Very low quality for a Hampton Inn.

I am trying to understand something with the place. We were on the 4th floor in a handicapped room. If there happened to be a fire how would a handicapped person get to the first floor since you cannot use the elevator?

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, however, the door to my room had an issue with the door hinge so the door won't close properly..I had to lift up hard on the handle to get the door to align correctly and to close. Not something I would expect to deal with on a $202 a night hotel room.

Room number 423 ac leaks soaked my soaks closing the wanna be blinds, the whole room echos because they have not 1 photo on the walls. Bare bones. It was really high priced for the level of dinge the place possesses.

When I arrived to check in, I stood at the front desk for almost 10 minutes before seeing anybody. I tried calling the hotel and it just rang and rang. Finally an employee arrived.

The bathroom door in the room didn't lock, it didn't even clo some nerve charging what they do for how poor condition the room and property was. There were even ceiling tiles missing in the hallways with orange insulation floating down. For the money this place was a giant rip off.se, and it was broken. The coffee machine was filthy. Bed covers were stained. The furniture was dusty. The beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were lumpy and smelled musty. The pool bottom had concrete breaks and the entire pool area was dirty.
