I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn hotels across the Eastern US and this wasn’t the greatest. I never give reviews but I was baffled at this. My room wasn’t the cleanest, hair on the sheets. The toiletries were random (shampoo was one brand, conditioner another but no biggee) and there was no lotion. I asked the front desk for washcloths and said my room didn’t need cleaned for our second night stay, just needed linens. I was told “we only clean rooms every 5 days, and we DONT HAVE ANY WASHCLOTHS. I can give you hand towels to use”. I realize none of this is huge deals but I just have never had this type of experience at a Hilton/Hampton Inn.

Ron who prepared breakfast was great. He was kind courteous greeted everyone and made sure all had what they needed. Only negative was that when we went to checkout a manager was not at the site. Not sure why clerk was not there. Overall stay was good. Clean rooms quiet hallways friendly staff

So much better than other hotels!
So much better than other hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff was friendly and so helpful, hotel was clean and we felt safe in the area. There were a couple of things that were bad, the wall where the shower seat is was cracked, the bathroom door handle was broken but still useable. Then then wheel of one of the beds was broken. Not major things, we will definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and close to IMS. Only drawback, and this goes for all Hampton Inns nowadays, the breakfast isn’t great. Hampton Inn as a whole has scaled back on their breakfast options.
