When it was time to go to bed I found chip crumbs in the sheets and noticed trash behind a chair in the room. Then it took 30 + minutes for the hotel staff to show up and clean the room. The hotel staff person didn't know how to make the bed; put the flat sheet on top of the rest of the covers and walked out of the room before putting clean pillow cases on the pillows. What a disaster!!!
