Nice hotel

This is a great place to stay, but, there's always a but... Anyway, there was no maid service on Thanksgiving. So, after visiting with family all day, you come back to a room where the bed isn't made and the wet towels from the morning are still there laying around. Not what you pay for!

One night visit

Location: Good variety of restaurants.
It's the 2nd newer Holiday Inn I have stayed at in the past year. Why are the pool areas so dim and creepy feeling? There were two lightbulbs out in our room. Our room was on the first floor, feet from the parking lot, and the curtains didn't close all of the way. Again, creepy. On the good side, the people were friendly and it had the Disney channel, a "must have" for my child.

An Okay Stay

When I needed to check in early the staff was very accommodating. However, as soon as I walked in the room I saw a lot of problems. Two towel hooks were broken off and one of them was just sitting on the sink. I brought it to the front desk and said I wasn't looking to change rooms, I just wanted to be sure I was charged for existing damages. Minor damages around the room really took away from what appeared to have been nice at some point. There was a huge gauge in the floor; the furniture had dents and scratched; there was a stain on the bed skirt. A lot of little problems. The next morning I went down for breakfast at 6:30am as I was told breakfast started at 6am. I waited around until 7am and not even half the breakfast food had been brought out - probably due to under-staffing as only one man seemed to be working and he had to keep running back to the desk to answer calls and help other people.

Great time in Fisher.

The rooms were clean. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Most of the time I don't like the pillows at the hotels, but I must say their pillows were comfortable. I was the best night sleep I have ever had at a hotel.

Fine place to stay, consider breakfast elsewhere

A two-night business stay. The hotel is fairly new, and clean. The breakfast was sub-par, even when managing expectations. The coffee was absolutely abysmal, the toaster didn't work, and many things available the first morning (peanut butter, for example) were absent the second morning despite a very light attendance when I was there.
