Great Hotel with Great Location!

Great staff and very clean hotel - always saw staff cleaning. We were on a newly renovated floor (6) and it was great! Very nice room with a view of the stadium. Across the street from the stadium and about a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants. Also down the street from the convention center! Great restaurant was just across the parking lot - Tavern on South (definitely check it out)!!

Hotel on outskirts of center city.

Cons: Water pressure in the hotel.; alternating strong and weak at irregular intervals.
Location: Not a lot of dining choices within walking distance. The one near by wasn't very good and it was expensive.
Odd smell filled the hallways. Free breakfast was disappointing. We had to pay $14 for parking, which was an unwelcome surprise upon check in.

I've informed maintenance about your comments regarding the water pressure, though we monitor this regularly throughout the day. While we have 2 restaurants in our parking lot, we are actually less than 1 mile walking distance to Monument Circle, the center of the city and the epicenter of Indianapolis' best dining. I also apologize if the parking charge caused any inconvenience, but we are the least expensive parking among all downtown Indianapolis hotels and the fee is advertised on all of our channels. I hope you'll stay with us again so we can improve upon your experience!

No Refund

An ice storm and sub zero temps caused a cancellation of a half marathon I was running in. Had I booked directly with the hotel I could have negotiated with them. As it is I sustained 100% loss of my room reservation. Lost $140. I've filled out three of these questionnaire's. How would you feel? Shame on me for not reading the fine print.

Heard the ice maker all night!! Room is paper thin even the windows. Room on the 6th floor and I can clearly hear people talking outside while smoking!!

Clean convenient to most areas

Walking distance of downtown area, across the street from Lucas Oil stadium. River park area very nice. Have to take cab to Indy 500 track museum. Great stay

Pros: Friendly staff. Liked the pancake maker.
Cons: Breakfast during the week omelets have peppers in them. Were too spicey. Would have preferred scrambled eggs.
I wish there were more restaurants within walking distance of the hotel for lunch or dinner. there were only two places and they were more or less sports bars. One was a dive and the other was high priced. I will pack my own food if I ever stay here again.

Hi Linda, Thank you for staying with us! I'm very sorry that the omelettes were too spicy for your taste. We switch out omelettes and scrambled eggs typically every other day, but we usually offer cheese omelettes without the peppers for those who want something more mild. I'm sorry if that was not your experience. Additionally, Tavern on South and Basey's Bar and Grill are just the two restaurant options in our parking lot. There are dozens of restaurants less than a mile walk away down Illinois and Meridian. The front desk can provide you with maps and have our shuttle take you over on colder days. I hope you'll stay with us again so we can make this experience even better!

New TV was practically unwatchable

The hotel has been totally renovated. New LG Led TVs install Ed. Unfortunately they were preset at the factory and the customer cannot adjust the picture display'screen brightness, contrast, etc. Our TV was practically unwatchable during the day. I contacted maintenance and they confirmed this was the case. I think management should return the TVs and replace them.

Great place!

Pros: What a great place! It was so convenient to get there via transportation from the airport. The location close to Lucas Oil was great. It was within walking distance of a number of places....excellent restaurants, shopping, City Market, museums, Monument Circle and more. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful.
Cons: The only downside might have been the noise from some street construction.
