There was to many animals at this hotel. I had issues with checking in and when I checked out they continued to try and take money out of my account.

Very cozy spot off the lobby with soft chairs and the sun streaming in, and a fireplace. I sat there quite happily with my kindle and my knitting, while my partner finished a meeting. (And the water pressure in the shower is amazing! Like a spa!)

Toilet was broken and would not will fill water without opening it up and rattling the mechanism for each flush. Also, the HVAC fan and vent was fixed on full blast so, whoever slept on the side either got blasted with cold air or hot air. If the vent could be adjusted upward or away from beds, it might be okay, but it was impossible to be able to sleep that way. Ridiculous.

The bed and pillows are the best we have slept on. Check in was very easy. Exceptionally clean. This is the only place we will stay in this area. The toilet is way too low for anyone with any kind of pain to be able to wipe my butt.

When we went into our assigned room and immediately I turned on the TV. The volume was set on a low setting. After several attempts to raise the volume with the remote the TV would not respond. I looked for a volume control on the tv and didn’t have any luck. We went to the front desk and asked for some assistance in solving the problem. The lady at the front desk was very courteously responded immediately went back to our room. She too couldn’t adjust the volume. To remedy the problem she asked if we would like a different room. Which we did. Rooms were changed and problem solved! Very good service!! Thanks again!!

Clean hotel
The hotel is very clean comfortable bed. We have stayed in this hotel before the only complaint is we had a first floor room and there is a slight odor in the room we have previously had the same problem I would ask for a 2nd 3rd floor room
