The elevator floor was covered in standing water, the ptac unit in the room had expose electrical wiring laying on the carpet, the blower in the unit squealed all night, the hot/cold sticker for the shower valve was falling off as well. Oh and the metal under the bed would pop when you sat on it pretty loudly. Seems someone had a better night in there prior to my arrival.

This is a hotel for "people passing through" on business or for medical procedures. I arrived late in the evening and was quite surprised to see two high school aged boys under blankets on the couch in the lobby. They were getting up when I left the following morning at 5:30. I presume that a manager or desk staff was standing in for a colleague and could not leave her sons at home. It was strange though.

Super unfortunate experience. Booked two queen beds. Showed up to be told they only had doubles. The front desk check in employee said oh, you must’ve booked through Expedia. Our website is accurate. Understanding full well where the false advertising came from. No offer of any other accommodations, discount, hell, not even breakfast add-on. Very disappointed. Would never stay there again.
