Mattress

Everything was very nice except the matress. We think someone very heavy slept on it for a long time. Difficult for two people to sleep in this king size bed with the dip in the middle.

My sons and I came for Comic Con this year and ooked our lodging with Hyatt Place Indianapolis. Our stay was pleasant and the staff was more than helpful. We will be staying again next year!!

Clean and convenient

Pros: Clean, great breakfast
I can see you’re not about how nice the motel was the only criticism I would have would be when I called for a pick up right at the airport I wish the desk would’ve told me I needed to go across the street to the lower level to catch the ride

Good hotel at Great location

Pros: Room size and good free breakfast
Cons: No laundry option on-site
Location: Short convenient drive to downtown Indy
It's a great location because this hotel is a short drive to downtown events and action but saves you from paying the higher price for downtown hotels. Rooms are comfortably spacious as always with Hyatt Place suite style layouts. The lobby is not large but it's comfortable with drinks and some food options available on-site. This hotel is clean and well kept and a great value for the price.

Hotel close to airport and highway.

Pros: location off the highway
Cons: mattress replaced, softer bathroom fan.
Location:
Convenience of the hotel was terrific while the noise from airport was minimal for location near the airport. At check in Staff was very accommodating. Room larger than expected. Fan in bathroom too loud while the bed was the worst. Mattress was warn out and needs to be replaced, when I told them in the morning they did not apologize or even write down the room number. Disappointing that they did not take me serious and that another guest may endure a mattress that needs to be replaced!
