Exceptional and welcoming service

Pros: The people! Very kind!
Cons: Not a thing!
Location: Short walk from Lucas Oil Stadium and tons of restaurants and bars. Everything one would ask for if attending a game or conference in Indianapolis!
The staff were extremely welcoming (from valet to bellman to concierge to room service)! They couldn't have been more helpful and courteous! Great hotel / Great location!

Nice, but not what you'd expect.

No in room fridge. Internet costs $15/day, most hotels are free anymore. They charge $40/day to park in their parking garage. Room service pricing is quite high, $6 for toast! Apparently they don't clean the inside of the shower curtain as ours had nice long black hairs stuck to it. It's a nice hotel, just would expect more since it's the "JW". For the price we'd be better off staying at a comfort suites. Free internet and complimentary hot breakfast at a minimum.

Bugs! Not for that price....

Pros: I have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed it. It is centrally located and has a good reputation. The views are phenomenal.
Cons: We killed 2 bugs in the evening. In the morning, my daughter killed a bug in her bed and then there were bugs on the ceiling. One fell down and I killed it. For as much as you pay here, you don't expect bugs. Also, the pool was filled with college students that were cussing, being vulgur and I had two 9 year old children. We had to leave.
Location: A great location, IUPUI is nearby, downtown INDY, Lucas Oil Stadium, Indian's Baseball, the Zoo, museums.

Overpriced and lacks free amenities

Pros: Clean and new looking, convenient location. Very soft towels.
Cons: I had a running toilet, my fitted sheets were inside out on my bed, no free wireless internet or fridge in the rooms. $15/day for Internet? No thank you. Less expensive hotels have just as nice rooms and many more free amenities.

Regarding the wifi, we do follow Marriott standards so there is consistency in the brand. Currently Marriott does offer complimentary wireless to all of their rewards members. I also appreciate your feedback about the refrigerator. Due to our guest requests, we have units on property and deliver them upon request. Great Hotel & Wonderful Stay!!!

Pros: Everything about this hotel from the staff to the room was great...
Cons: Maybe add a microwave to warm leftovers... Other than that I had no complaints...
Location: The location is in perfect walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping & night life & even the city zoo...

Wonderful View, Convenient Location

The JW Marriott was located in the heart of downtown, providing easy access to walk wherever I wanted to go! The room had wall sized windows on two walls, providing an absolutely gorgeous view of the city. The staff was accommodating and friendly to all of our needs.
