Room with a view

Great room with as view overlooking the southwest corner of the city. Perfect for staying overnight after a concert at White River. Only hiccup was that the Valet refused to park my husband's truck because it was "too expensive", which probably really meant "too much of a liability risk to navigate through their tiny garage."

People very nice and everything was great. Just to mention a couple things that would of made it nicer would of been a free breakfast and the pool was kind of small and cold. The kids didn't mind the cold water. It was fantastic and I will stay there again.

Pros: Location, overall quality both good
Cons: There's always room to improve, example is downstairs espresso in bar area was not good
Location: Perfect location in downtown indy
Comfortable, clean room & bed. Good room service, quality food.

Great view of White River State Park

Pros: Proximity to all of downtown Indy.
Cons: Parking
Location: Depending on the time of year you can attend professional baseball, basketball or football. In summer months people can enjoy the Canal area.
Always friendly, helpful staff. Good food and drink at any of their venues. Rooms are always clean and fresh.

Clean hotel - Hotel staff were nice.

Hotel staff are very nice. The room was just OK. Black out curtains are not wide enough so much sunlight comes in. HVAC did not work well. Shower curtain too short so water goes on the floor. They eventually waived the internet fee, but initially wanted to charge $15.00 per night for the internet. For a $240.00 per night room, trying to charge for internet is not good character in my opinion. The hotel is not worth the cost.

They gave my guest a hospitality suite which didn't have a bed. It had a murphy bed and he would have to remove a couch to bring the bed down. I had to talk to 6 SIX people in order to get him another room, even though I made a reservation for a DELUXE room, requesting a king size bed. I will never use this hotel again.
