Do not stay here. This hotel should be a one star

Hotel is disgustingly filthy. The first room we had the sheets were dirty - they just made the bed and didn't change the sheets for h next guest. Moved to a new room. Had to put tools on the floor and walk in them to bed as the carpets were discussing. The sink didn't drain. Not one outlet worked so we couldn't even charge our phones or use a blow dryer. There were old towels and garbage laying in the hallways. To top it off this hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Nothing near by for food or gas. Expedia needs to consider re rating this hotel.

Ac unit wasn't working the whole weekend and it was over 90 degrees. They didn't have a room to compensate me and wouldn't refund my money. It was terrible

Needs some updating

King bed had a four inch dip in the middle Desk looked like beavers chewed on it Refrigerator wouldn't get cold Plaster and paint falling off wall. Toilet seat loose No vending on our floor. Went down a back stairwell Smelled so bad if smoke and door was propped open. Would have left but needed to catch a plane in the morning Room 337

This is a "last option hotel"

We were initially checked in to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. When we had called down to the front desk to let them know about the issue I was told "I have a line in front of me, I'll let housekeeping know" REALLY? I went down to the desk and asked to be given a different room (we weren't going to wait for housekeeping to clean a mess that wasn't even ours). I was then told that there might not be a room ready. So while we got checked into a dirty room many other clean rooms were given away. We were able to get a different room and the cleanliness was sub par but manageable. Both beds had stained linen (thankfully we brought our own). When we had called down to the front desk that night to request new sheets we were informed that the front desk agent was the only working and she couldn't leave the desk. Not her fault but I would have thought that on a busy weekend (NASCAR race weekend) that the hotel would have staffed up. Overall poorly cleaned rooms, poor customer service, and not a first choice hotel. If you can I would stay elsewhere.

Rooms we had were just and I mean just bearable. Both beds were creaky, one sank and was unusable. Room was cramped. Rooms not cleaned on the second day. Poor service. Go elsewhere.

Dear Stuck: The beds are adjustable, sorry you didn't know that. Our housekeeping staff will try twice to clean a stay over with a DND on the door., after that the room does not get cleaned.

You get what you pay for

The staff were friendly and helpful, but hard to identify (cleaning crew wore yoga pants and tank, for example). Bathroom walls were sticky, wallpaper peeling, panic lock broken, questionable on clean bedding. In the end, I wish I'd have paid more to stay elsewhere.

Unclean hotel

Cons: New Manager
Room was unclean. Bed linens on one bed was blood stained, and the comforter had a fresh blood splatter. Totally disgusting . called front desk and told them, they apologized and gave me the managers phone number and said to contact him in the morning, well guess who doesn't respond? THE MANAGER! Later I looked at reviews from Expedia and saw that I was just one of many to have the same experience. if I would have checked reviews first, I would have never booked the Lexington Hotel

It's okay.

There's not a lot of places that deliver to this hotel. The bed was super uncomfortable. And the tv could've been closer to the bed. It was hard to see.

Dear Ricky: I am sorry that the selection of delivery places, ( pizza, sandwiches, burgers, Chinese, etc) was not to your liking. Our bed are sleep number beds so the firmness could have been adjusted to your liking. thank you for taking the time to let us know, we appreciate it.
