Good location but beware before you book.

The location was fine and the hotel served the purpose. I feel like a total idiot as people told me they paid 100 to 150 dollars less a night for the same room I had. Maybe I am just not good at playing the game. Would not think a brand like the Marriott would allow this to happen.

Very misleading

Staff was very friendly. Lobby area looks fancy. Room was smaller & older than expected. Bed was too hard & feather type pillows too soft. I've gotten better sleep at much cheaper hotels. Took 3 attempts for showers due to no hot water at night and again in the morning. Also tried to bill for WiFi which was supposed to be included in our package. They did remove that charge tho. Best thing for us was location, short walk to Lucas Oil Stadium, mall, etc

I paid for & requested a King bed, got there & they gave me a double bed room. Asked about it & they said all King rooms was gone. Not Happy At All.

Hyatt Regency Indy

Cons: Fitted sheets on mattress. Dusting remote and docking station and bags in garbage cans
Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a little small but clean. Though the dock station and remote were extremely dusty. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to Center Circle Mall and Convention Center.

Nice hotel for football weekend

Connection to downtown skywalk system makes this a great choice for a weekend in the city. Rooms need on upgrade. Hard and soft furnishings are dated. No outlets in bedside lamps.

Wonderful experience. Wonderful check-in and greeted by a Manager. Front desk staff was excellent. Housekeepers were friendly. Convenient to everything downtown. Great experience!
