Wonderful Hotel near everything!

We arrived early but the staff accommodated us. Place is clean, staff welcoming. Great location near everything!

Hyatt Regency Indy

Cons: Fitted sheets on mattress. Dusting remote and docking station and bags in garbage cans
Very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a little small but clean. Though the dock station and remote were extremely dusty. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to Center Circle Mall and Convention Center.

Nice hotel for football weekend

Connection to downtown skywalk system makes this a great choice for a weekend in the city. Rooms need on upgrade. Hard and soft furnishings are dated. No outlets in bedside lamps.

Wonderful experience. Wonderful check-in and greeted by a Manager. Front desk staff was excellent. Housekeepers were friendly. Convenient to everything downtown. Great experience!

Great location and facilities

I was impressed with the room and location. I reserved my room through Expedia because we travel a lot. I was very clear on how I wanted to pay. Call the hotel several times to ensure I could pay when I got there. Got there paid cash. Ask several questions into payment even giving a different card for incidentals. Checked out Sunday in route home I checked my bank account. The staff still charge my debit card. I was beyond passed because I specific in my payment to ensure this didn't happen. I called the hotel get matter,but problem is it should have never happened. Nor did the staff try compensate for the mistake they made at my expense.

Expected better

Connected to conference center. Pool but no hot tub or sauna. Bed was surprisingly not very comfortable. Noisy location and awful smells from the vent.

Great hotel room

Pros: Staff was fantastic, very accomodating. The room was clean, updated and large!
Cons: It was a bit noisy at night. People in hallways and adjoining rooms could be heard pretty loudly but not so much that it ruined my stay.
Location: Location is good - We walked everywhere - to the mall, Lucas Oil Stadium and resaurants.
