The hotel was booked to capacity and understaffed for it. It took nearly a half hour to get through the line to check in only to find out our room was not ready at 4:15 when we were checking in. They told us they would call when the room was ready but never did. When our event was over at 11:00 and we returned and they did have a room ready. There were still not enough staff at the desk and when we returned so I was glad to hear the room was ready after a long day and having to wait in line AGAIN. Also do not have free WiFi. For a chain this large that was a bit of a shock and the access charge was $16.95!
