A wonderful respite from long days on my feet.

Pros: Everything I encountered was wonderful.
Cons: I can't think of anything.
Location: I was going to GenCon in Indianapolis. Pretty much all I saw was the Convention Center and a few (wonderful) restaurants.
Check-in was seamless, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the room service was excellent.

The hotel was booked to capacity and understaffed for it. It took nearly a half hour to get through the line to check in only to find out our room was not ready at 4:15 when we were checking in. They told us they would call when the room was ready but never did. When our event was over at 11:00 and we returned and they did have a room ready. There were still not enough staff at the desk and when we returned so I was glad to hear the room was ready after a long day and having to wait in line AGAIN. Also do not have free WiFi. For a chain this large that was a bit of a shock and the access charge was $16.95!
