Be nice if there was a Mini Fridge and Micro wave

Pros: View we had from our room
Cons: Parking was terrible
Location: Great if you want to walk a few blocks
With no Fridge and Microwave we wasted a lot of food. Bad for environment.

We stayed for 2 nights. My favorite bar was closed for renovations but other than that the hotel was great.

For the convenience

The front of the hotel is under construction and it is on a one way street. So we had to circle around to find the entrance to the garage/ hotel. However, the room is newly renovated so we enjoyed the stay for the night. It's next to the convention center and in the middle of downtown. It's convenient for us to our business meeting nearby, avoiding the traffic on highways.

Great location.

We stayed on the 3rd floor which was newly renovated and we loved it. I wish we had some bathrobes and a mini fridge. No fridge in the room therefore no cold water to drink! Also, the heating/cooling system is very weird. There is no way to stop the cold air flow - even when you turn the system off, the cold air vent will continually blow. Over the bed! On and on! Also, quite noisy if your room faces the street. Great soft towels !

Not what I reserved

I reserved an executive, king bed, city view room and was told something about handicapped access and renovation then ended up with a room with 2 queen beds and a view of the JW Marriott! Very disappointed and I will never be back! And also, I don't understand why parking is 40 dollars and the taxes added the price 50 dollars! One night, on a Tuesday, was 312.00, absolutely crazy!

Not unless there aren't other options.

Everything is very dated and old. But they are remodeling so maybe that will be resolved. There was a mysterious rattling noise from within the wall that was incredibly annoying and made it difficult to fall asleep. I ended up masking the noise with the tv. Overall given the quality of other options in the area this hotel would have to be half price of the others to be a good value.

Great location - great atmosphere

We had a great stay minus the jack hammering during the day. I understand it but wasn't conducive for thevswimmers tying to nap

Great location and updated rooms

Great location and the hotel was fully staffed for the NCAA tournament (Indy hosted a regional and a few of the teams were also staying here). I was also fortunate to be in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was great...very well done.
