The from desk Gentleman was kind and professional He addressed my issue and promptly Gave me a new room. He was very apologetic. I was a little concerned with several sketchy guys,( in my opinion) that seem to be walking around the property with no purpose.

The surrounding property and loby were clean and felt safe. The inside of the room smelled moldy and the bedding was stained and gross.

What happened
The stay was, “okay”. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had high hopes. This time I was kind of disappointed. The first thing we had an issue with was the flooring. It was coming up so when you walked on it, it would pinch your foot. Also, when we checked in we had two 3/4 used rolls of TP. Then add to the fact it was a two person stay for two nights we didn’t have towels for one night of showers. What bothered me the most was the 2nd night of our stay our room keys were deactivated. Last time my stay was amazing. I’m not sure what has happened

This hotel is just not worth the money charged for the night. It is very basic, the bathroom is super small, though the sink is outside the toilet and shower room.

This is a motel 6. You need to know that going in. I got 2 rooms. One room was pretty clean, although the towels had stains on them and the other reeked of cat urine. The office staff were super nice. The walls are thin and the neighbor next to me was loud all night long. I suggest your staff takes walks through the halls at night instead of just sitting at the computer watching videos. I didn't sleep at all. The lobby coffee was cold and watery. Gross. Other than that, it was okay. It'll do in a pinch, but I wouldn't book again if I didn't have to.

Fake wood floor; hole near front door. No rugs. one hand towel for two people. Internet not working. Place was designed to make cleaning easier but not for the comfort of guests. It made me eliminate Motel 6 from my future choices.

Stayed for a weekend for a wedding. Small issue with the computer system-we checked in Friday afternoon to stay through til Sunday morning, and Saturday morning someone was given a room key to our room-one of the workers informed us that we somehow were not in the system and it showed our room was supposed to be empty but they fixed it and apologized so that was not a big deal but definitely glad we were there when this happened. The actual condition of the room was not great- toilet paper holder was ripped away from the wall, bathroom fan on ceiling was ripped away and hanging and did not work, door latch lock was hanging on by a thread, and the room had a musty smell to it which may have been from the air conditioner unit. However, it was a much cheaper alternative to the surrounding hotels, and it served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower relatively comfortably, staff was very friendly, but not sure that I would stay there again unless in a pinch.

The deadbolt was broken/almost falling off. I found the air conditioner/heater covered in hair and the bathtub was dirty. I struggles to figure out how to make the shower even work. I knew the cost per night was lower than surrounding places to stay but was hoping for a bit more for the money. The room had a funky smell (maybe smoke) but since I was only going to be for about 6-7hrs I just stayed. Won't stay again.

I stayed at this hotel for almost a week. It was clean however someone on my floor was microwaving food with garlic in it 3 of those days, it was so bad the whole hall way smelled like it along with my room. They do not have any thresholds in the doors going from your room to the hall way. There was at least a 2-3” gap. This let light in and was kinda creepy. The sheets need replaced they are at there limit. Other than that it was clean and in good condition
