First time staying in Indianapolis and was sadly disappointed in the hotel. Coffee maker worked 1 day of our 4 day stay and had to request a new one and was locked out of our room on the third day because the battery apparently died and took some time to get maintenance (with 2 young children that has to use the restroom, so we had to venture to find another one in lobby that happened to be blocked for cleaning. The hotel seemed short staffed as there was only 1 person serving in breakfast area on our third day, so there were multiple, dirty tables that we couldn’t sit for breakfast. When calling the front desk, we often did not get an answer and would have to ring back. Very disappointed in the overall, hotel experience.

Main problem staying at the hotel was the hotel restaurant. While the hotel and restraunt staff were very good the food was not.

This property was super clean and nice for a night. In the website they stated their pool was heated, but it definitely wasn’t so that was a bummer.

Fancy and nice, but.....
The hotel itself and the room was very nice. The staff was nice and helpful. It's just that the amenities seemed off for a hotel that otherwise seemed very fancy. This is based on my other stays in similar style and price range hotels. The only thing really missing from the room experience was that there was no microwave, but yet a fridge. That seemed bizarre. Additionally, as far as I could tell, there wasn't anything related to food or coffee that was provided as a perk for guests. Usually somewhere this nice has at the very least free coffee and a continental breakfast, if not a full hot bar. They did have a breakfast bar and the food looked great, but, at $18 a plate, that's really pushing it. It just seemed really strange this hotel didn't have any of those things. To be fair, it's on me for not noticing this before I booked, but, like I said, I've never even thought about somewhere like this NOT having these things.

Was ok. Pillows were terrible. Felt like balled up cotton balls all over… woke me several times in middle of night. Also, we could head everyone and thing in the halls. But it seemed very clean and front desk was very pleasant. Easy check in and out. Overall stay was, ok.

I stay at this property because my office is across the street. The room is nice and i like the beds most of time. Some beds are saggy. If I get a 2Q room, it allowed me to have a 2nd option. I usually stay 4 nights at a time.

Room Key
All was fine until the morning of departure. When we returned to our room at 10:00 am to pack and check out, the room key didn't work. That required a trip down to the front desk for a key reset and return to the room where the key STILL didn't work. Thankfully, a manager was on the floor to let us in to save us another trip to the desk. That was the only problem during our stay.

Try he area was fine but our room did not have soap in the shower. The room took 12 hours to cool down. There were not any trash bags in the room at all. Water smelled dirty.

Nice restaurant and bar on site! Very pleasant and efficient staff! The hotel, rooms, bathrooms and conference rooms were spotless! I was here for a conference and the food was very nice , always water and soda available! The only thing I would change is that there is coffee and tea available for entire conference as was the water and soda.
