Very Nice Stay

Fast check in. Ate a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and my lobster lasagna and chopped salad were great. All four of my guests also enjoyed their meals. They had a nice wine list as well. I purchased a room with an included breakfast buffett which was also very good. Room was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Very nice stay. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip through Indianapolis.

Convenient location, very nice

Pros: Location was great. Décor was nice. Pool area was clean, had plenty of towels. Exercise room very clean and had plenty of equipment.
Cons: The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars straight across was the duvet on my bed was ripped on one end.
During our short stay, I enjoyed the hotel very much. The room was comfortable and spotless when we arrived. The staff was very accommodating to our group of young people and provided us a nice space for a team meal. The location was within just a few minutes of everywhere we needed to be and once I figured out the traffic circles (they are everywhere in Carmel!) I was able to get around just fine.

Nice hotel for Christmas travel

Pros: Cleanliness of the room and the exercise facilities

The hotel room could use a little update perhaps, but was very clean, comfortable, and all at a good price. Nice touches for holiday travel with a tastefully decorated lobby, a stocking full of treats for Christmas morning, and box lunches for our drive away after breakfast. Well done, and we would certainly use them again!

My experience was an excellent one. I am going to go back as soon as possible. Since I live closer to Chicago I'm will be checking to find out if one is there in the city.

Nice place to stay

We stayed there for the weekend as we were attending my nephew's bar mitzvah in Carmel. The lobby is beautiful with a very nice restaurant. The room was small but comfortable. There were a couple of things missing. There was no ice bucket so I had to keep walking down the hall with glasses to get ice. There were 2 glasses in the bathroom when we arrived. We used both of them the first day. After maid service one of the used glasses was removed but not replaced. The other used one was left on the counter. So we had one used glass.

Knowledgeable staff

Location: We were only 30 minutes from Lucas Oil Stadium where we were attending the BOA Nationals Marching Band Competition.
The service was the best. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very clean room and facilities. With road construction in front of the hotel, the staff was prepared with printed maps to help us find local restaurants.

Not worth the money

Location: It's central Indiana.
We booked for three people. We arrived and they had a cot in the room for our daughter. She was uncomfortable and the room was the same price it would have been if there was another bed in the room. We asked to change rooms, were told that we were "first on the list" and nothing. The bathroom mirror frame had apparently been damaged in the past and their remedy was black tape. It had the feel of a substandard hotel for a nice hotel price. Even at the high cost, no free WI-FI, no free breakfast. I'm surprised we didn't have to pay for parking.

In town for convention
