My husband and I alway enjoy staying at Marriott hotels. We visit our grandchildren several times a year and stay at different Marriotts in the Carmel of Fishers area of Indiana. Residence Inn is one of our favorites. This property was very nice. Clean and quiet. The staff was excellent.

The staff was very professional and kind. They make you feel welcomed from the time you walk in the door. From checking in to checking out was a breeze. The breakfast was very good and they had plenty of options that you can choose from. The Biscuits and gravy were the best! The rooms were spacious and clean. The hallways were clean and had a nice scent. They are pet friendly which is a plus! The property was well kept on the outside as well. I will definitely return again when i go to Indianapolis. I have to give 10/10

Wonderful
From the time we stepped foot in the door ALL staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and meet every need. Everyone always had a smile. Breakfast had more options than we’ve had any other place and we travel a lot. Can’t see enough great things about this Residence Inn

Planning to return!
The location is amazing--right off a main road with lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff at check-in was very welcoming. The room was great and clean. You could spot signs of wear-and-tear; normal things for establishments that are older or have long-term residents. Noticed lots of residents with pets--a cat next door and several dogs nearby. This was fine with us but it might not be everyone's preference. My kid's favorite was a pool and hot tub. The pool did not feel heated--probably in the 70s--chilly at first dip but very quick to adjust. As short adults with a small kid, we loved that it only went to 4 feet. The hot tub was big and was a lovely temperature. Lots of complimentary pool towels were available and the area was very clean. Breakfast was great--lots of hot options plus regular continental breakfast fare. Loved the 12pm checkout. We will be returning!

Good sized rooms. Great staff. Good location for travel. It could use a remodel but it is clean and everything works. There are lots of little nice adds that make up for the need for a face-lift.

We have stayed at many Residence Inn’s before but this one was outstanding in every respect. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was very good, etc.

The beds are made of rocks
Was given a room key and when I opened the door to the assigned room to my surprise there was a couple on the bed undressed in the room. After turning down an open invitation to join in I swapped rooms. The bed in that room was like sleeping on 10000 lego blocks. The rooms are nice, the amenities are good I got a free peep show because of poor record keeping but that bed was a deal breaker.

Weekend stay
We were here for 3 nights. Most of the staff were very friendly. The hotel room was not that clean. Lots of stray hairs everywhere, maybe they haven’t vacuumed or swept in a while. Bed wasn’t that comfy. On our last day there, the bathroom light went out in the afternoon. We told them & they said maintenance would fix it, but they never did. We had to spend our last night there with no bathroom light, which was terrible. Told them again about it when we checked out, but they didn’t seem to care. Hotel was in good location for shopping & plenty of restaurants in the area.

I was particularly impressed with the staff members working at this location, namely Anthony and Inga. Anthony was very polite and personable during check-in and each time we passed through the lobby during our week-long stay. He answered questions with a friendly demeanor. As for Inga, she was the housekeeping staff that popped by room when I was in the room, and she was as easy to interact with as my own family. She was absolutely darling. The room itself was clean and I had everything I needed to utilize the kitchenette. It was exactly like we had a studio apartment and even though there were some tiny quirks that might have bothered some people, myself and my child were both very comfortable and were able to maintain privacy between the living space and bedroom space. This was close to multiple restaurants (both fast and dine-in), but also was close to a Meijer. Due to the number of roundabouts in the area, travel from place to place within the Fischers, Carmel, Westfield, & Indianapolis area was very fast. I was impressed with how easy it was to access everything that I would've needed for our lengthy stay.

Decent but needs updates
When we checked in there was a lot of confusion. Once it was resolved, we were able to get to our room. Clean, but had some minor damage-cracked sink, towel rod that kept coming apart, outdated TV. Ask about the pet fee. We were quoted $25 a day on the phone before making our reservation. They tried to get $100 after we checked in. The manager made an adjustment to what we were quoted. The breakfast was take and go-decent selection. There was a lot of liter all over the hotel. I do know that the hotel was fully booked and were probably short staffed like every hotel these days.
