Good location for downtown + local activities

Pros: LOCATION + a decent bar with bar food available late at night.
Cons: Housekeeping and staff knowledge of things to do around town.
We spent Sunday afternoon on East Mass enjoying the locals and the cut rate dining. Loved that our room overlooked the sailors' memorial and all downtown restaurants were in walking distance.

Pros: Location
Cons: Bathroom, ice machines, price
Was very expensive for the room. The room was big, but no ice on the floors or downstairs when I had to leave. The toilet under the counter was awkward to say the least, especially flushing.

Close to Convention Center

Pros: Within walking distance to downtown
Cons: I would ask to have a room located away from the elevators, they are very noisy
Location: A short walk to restaurants and shops
The staff was very helpful and friendly - nice clean rooms.

Toilet was a joke. Charges are off. Accounting doesn't call back.

The room was very warm. Had the air conditioner set on 70 but it never got below 74 in room. Very uncomfortable sleeping at night. Couldn't use any covers. For what the room cost. I was disappointed.

Good hotel, bad check in

Hotel is located in downtown Indy, good location for many venues. Check in was nuts as there was a big line and only two people working the counter. Maybe just hit it at a bad time, but waited 25 minutes just to get checked in. When it was down to me and one other person a third counter person came out? Kind of weird for such a good hotel chain.
