Close to Convention Center

Pros: Within walking distance to downtown
Cons: I would ask to have a room located away from the elevators, they are very noisy
Location: A short walk to restaurants and shops
The staff was very helpful and friendly - nice clean rooms.

Toilet was a joke. Charges are off. Accounting doesn't call back.

Feeling fancy

Pros: Very fancy; downtown location; comfortable bed/bedding; work space; large TV; relaxing shower
Cons: All minor - no ice bucket (wasn't the only guest who noticed); room insulation to deaden outside commotion; parking garage fees are excessive
Location: The hotel is on the circle in Indianapolis. The Circle Center Mall is within range, the monument; IUPUI; College HOF; great restaurants nearby
I wasn't at the hotel long to experience all of the amenities, but enjoyed the room and the staff was very professional. There was quite a bit of mechanical clatter within the building (water pipes were loud, could hear people in the hall rather easily, toilets flushing next door, etc.) but that was about all that would detract. The bed was comfortable, big TV, the work area that I used the most was spacious and well-lit. The shower was relaxing, and the room was very clean and inviting. I was in town for work, and got the hotel on a semi-blind offer from Expedia, and would say just as a person who doesn't book hotels often, beware of hidden fees. The $25 mandatory parking fee per day wasn't on the initial hotel listing as a cost, it was added extra after I booked the room, and there is an internet charge if you need streaming. Plus all of the high-end fee perks like $4 water and no complimentary anything that was made available like breakfast or snacks. Didn't need it, but it was something I just avoided.

Deceiving and when calling downstairs hung up on

We arrived for special occasion and usually stay at embassy but wanted to give Sheraton a shot very disappointed paid extra 100 for club level and it was a rip off. Will never go back and not recommend

nice hotel

Pros: the ubication
Cons: the iar condition
Location: it is down town
this is a nice hotel in down town indy but what didn't make me feel good is that the air condition was not working and my room was insanely hot whn i told the front desk about it they just told me that in the winter the air condition does not work i think that if im paying mor than 100 dollars for a hotel night i should recibe better conditions i know that was winter but ti have a room at 80 degrees is the worst thing in the world

Great customer service
