I upgraded to a corner suite upon check-in. Tremendous mistake. I paid $200 more for a room desparately in need of repair and cleaning. I was offered another corner suite that I was able to review, however it was not much better. I have stayed at this hotel numerous times, I do not think I will return. Extremely disappointing!

The walls are very very thin. We could hear everything that was going on in the rooms around you.

Great in accomdating to your needs. We were in a room next to a noisy group of people.but when called hotel staff they changed our room for us.Breakfast was great.

Hotel nice,had a lot of issues with our keys

Pros: Comfort and indoor connection to a mall
Cons: Programming the room keys
Location: Mall
We stayed on the 11 th floor and had access to the 12th floor. This is where we have issues with our rooms keys. I had to get them re programed 3 times with our short stay there.

Terrible

It says they have free breakfast they do not its a 13 $ buffet. Normally I wouldn't care but it was my deciding factor on choosing that hotel. Upon check in they neglected to tell us you need to swipe your key to choose a floor on the elevator after 5 minutes another hotel guest helped us. The room we had had garbage all over the floor from previous guests and it smelled terrible. They do not have mini fridges in the room you can get one brought to your room for no charge but it takes over 3 hours. Tried speaking to manager about my concerns he just in turn blamed expedia. Worst customer service i have ever dealt with.

Attached to the Fashion Mall

This is my go to hotel when visiting family in Carmel. It's attached to the fashion mall, the best mall in Indiana, so need to find parking. Tons of shops and restaurants, plus a movie theater right there. Nice work out room and room service as well.
