Fine hotel, but can't handle conference craziness

This hotel overall is fine and met my needs for business travel. However, I had 2 very odd mishaps while there. The day I checked in, I was given a key and sent up to my room where I found a room that had dirty bed sheets everywhere, left over food and obviously hadn't been touched by room service. I went back down they set me up in a new room, all good. Two nights later around 4:30 AM, I was awoken by a key card being inserted into my door and the door opening 3 times. If it weren't for the latch, the door would have fully opened. I called down and asked what was going on, they said they didn't have me in the system and were sorry they had given to someone who checked in late. When I asked them the next morning about it, all I received was a "we're so sorry." I'm not sure how I wasn't in the system since I was there for 3 nights...I'm not sure I will stay at a Springhill Suites again and definitely not the one in Indy.
