broke down near Indianapolis and needed a place to stay for the night. very pleased with our stay. the only thing that was frustrating was that the tv did not have espn but it had espn u, nfl network, etc. couldnt watch monday night football without espn

The sheets were clean. That's the best part, alarm clock didn't work at all, hair dryer didn't work, had to hold the handle down on the toilet for like thirty seconds or it would not flush, couldn't get the lights to work, later found they were unplugged behind the bed. Not a fair price for the room.

Uncommon credit request

Extremely rude desk person. I had already paid online for the room but she asked to see my card for incidentals. This is normal so I gave her the card. She imprinted it on a hand imprinted that did not have a plate attached with the business name and wanted me to sign a blank credit slip. I voiced my concern and she became extremely rude and told me that it was just standard business. It was late and other hotels were booked so I relented. Unfortunately, and possibly through no relation to this woman, my bank informed me 2 days later that my credit card had been hacked and charges from this general area we placed on my account.

We do require incidental as it is non smoking room and it's a state law as well. We apologize for any inconvenience that may have caused. And your informations are kept confidential and we had to imprint your card due to credit card terminal was down at that time.

Nice affordable hotel close to highway exit

Pros: pleasant staff and management
I met with management before booking rooms for my guests. They were willing to accommodate my needs for out of town guests with children. Parking was convenient. decor was nice and rooms were clean.

Pros: The beds are very comfortable and the front desk staff are very nice.
The beds are very comfortable. The shower curtain rod was loose in the wall. One end of the towel rack in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. Not enough towels/wash cloths for 3 people, had to go get more. Front desk people are very nice. Exterior stairs are wooden and need repair.

Stayed here for work. Sheets were unclean, ceiling had water spots and was cracked in the bathroom. Some rooms are under construction so hopefully they will get this fixed

This hotel had the bare minimum, and our room had an ant problem, and the room was not cleaned during the duration of the stay.

Watching You

Stay was fine until the guy asked about my company. If you have a camera and see someone in the parking lot (I'm faced a different way) why ask me who's out there. Especially if you said you seen them come out my room via the camera. They were all nice owners (?) but that comment upset me. No complaints about the room or staff. They were great to me and my kids.
