I sincerely apologize for the trouble you have gone through to reach a member of our staff regarding this issue. I have spoken with our Security Supervisor and while we do not currently have record of this issue, we are all aware, should you reach out again. We do take issues like this very seriously, with a strict protocol in place to assist in situations such as this, although they are rare. I am confident that given the opportunity, we could provide swift resolution.
