My husband and I loved our stay. This hotel is within walking distance to Lucas Oil Stadium, many restaurants and nice bars. The employees at the Westin made nice recomendations. They were very friendly and helpful, especially Ryan.

Great Hotel - Super Friendly Staff

Pros: I loved the service and the beds were clean and comfortable.
Cons: The rooms are a bit dated.
Location: Downtown Indy. Shopping, football, site seeing, nightlife.
The hotel was very convenient to Lucas Oil Stadium as well as to downtown Indy. The staff, starting with the manager and ending with housekeeping, could not have been more accommodating. Everyone was helpful and kind. The restaurant, Schula's seemed a bit dated, but the food was good.

I sincerely apologize for the trouble you have gone through to reach a member of our staff regarding this issue. I have spoken with our Security Supervisor and while we do not currently have record of this issue, we are all aware, should you reach out again. We do take issues like this very seriously, with a strict protocol in place to assist in situations such as this, although they are rare. I am confident that given the opportunity, we could provide swift resolution.

Westin needs improvement

It's $30 for additional parking after paying an arm and leg for one nights stay, the staff was rude and had breakfast put away before 10am. The staff had attitudes when we asked for food.

Unfortunately, we are unable to control the costs of parking as we do not own the parking garage. Many good place to eat nearby, but only one $$$$ place in hotel. Staff was very friendly. I am very active--don't stay in the room much. A lot of room and $$ for sleeping! It appears to be very convenient to convention center, but if you aren't there for that (I wasn't) it's a lot of $$$ for a stay.

Attached to the Convention Center

Pros: I attended a large convention at the convention center, and it was wonderful to have the convenience of a hotel attached by skywalk.
Location: I was there primarily for the convention and didn't seek other entertainment, but I enjoyed several nearby restaurants, with a variety of price ranges
We stayed in a King Suite, which was very nice, with a surprisingly good view, considering it was downtown in a fairly large city. The staff was responsive and helpful from beginning to end.

Lackluster hotel

Water was very luke warm the first night and cold the second which made taking a shower after a long day miserable. The toilet drained partially and eventually clogged. When I notified the front desk clerk, she simply said you are not the only ones who have complained about these issues. I was truly disappointed in the Westin.
