Hotel booked us in the wrong room. Instead of a king, we were placed in a room with two queens. Only a handicap king room was available. I called to order room service on three different occasions. Each time they were out of the food I wanted to order, croissant, Caesar salad, etc. Staff was unapologetic and indifferent. Not worth the money

Indy Conference Visit

Super stay! Room was comfortable and everything that I needed was available and accessible. More than enough for my visit. At the conference most of the time but room and hotel accommodations were on point. Very nice location to restaurants and entertainment of downtown Indy (Maryland Ave).

Very centralized

Cons: Breakfast
Location: Football stadium, Convention Center, Mall, Many restaurants, Movie Houses. All at walking distance.
Breakfast included but poor quality of food. Better to spend a few dollars on a fast food breakfast. Not well staffed

Disappointing Cigarette Smoke Filled Room!

First of all booked a King bed and they didnt have one gave me 2 double beds. I would have immediatley canceled but I had prepaid on Expedia so I couldnt. I cant sleep well in double beds.I went to bed early trying to fall asleep as I had a long drive in the AM then at 10pm someone continued to knock at my door; I opened and saw a housekeeper and she asked if I was checking out ? I informed her that I just checked in at 7pm? After returning to the bed , I suddenly realized that the room smelled like a huge ashtray. I called back down and asked if I could change rooms as there was someone smoking either in this room and they told me the hotel was overbooked. So I got about 2 hours of sleep the entire night as I was in a tiny double bed and could not breath due to the smoke odor.

Pleasant stay overall. Staff was friendly. Was supposed to have a king room but there were "none available" so I was given a double and complimentary wifi. The wifi didn't work at all however so that was disappointing. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Was not expected to paid over 40 for 1 night park

Was noisy at night can't sleep with machine running. Can even hear upstairs flushing

Hotel one block from all the nightlife

The room was okay just a king bed with a city view. It was very clean had the usual accessories (iron, ironing board, small fridge, tv, etc). There was not a microwave in there though so our leftovers became trash which is not a big deal imo. The bathroom had one sink one toilet a tub with multiple shower heads which were awesome. There was also a closet, multiple drawers, a sofa and loveseat, some tables, and some lamps. The staff was very kind from check in to check out. That includes the valet, the check in staff, the room service folks (custodial, food delivery). 5 stars there no doubt. :) The hotel features a pool and jacuzzi, small gym, restaurant (Shula's- good food and service too), Starbucks and gift store. It also connects to the mall and the rest of downtown through bridges (which was new and nice to me, that doesn't exist where I am from!). There is no on site spa :/ but there is in-room spa service. Just my luck, the woman who does that was on vacation and apparently no one covers her so when I went I had to go to the Conrad for spa services. I don't have any complaints, I enjoyed my trip, stay, and mingling with the folks there:).

This is in a great location to the convention center and the city in general! Restaurants are the best in the hotel! Will certainly be back!
