Decent stay...but noisy

This hotel was good. It was clean and safe. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because we found the noise from the highway really loud and kept us from sleeping. If you get a room not facing the highway you're probably not going to be as bothered by the noise, but if you do face the highway - prepare for lots of traffic noise.

This hotel was awesome... never did I stay at a suite with a FULL kitchen for the price I paid... 92.00 per night... the only not so great things were the rowdy clients that were outside with their music playing...

Not so good

Location: Location is okay.
I stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago and it was great. This trip wasn't so good. Lights were out in the bedroom, the furniture was worn out and dirty. The room was dirty with fingerprints and food on the lamp shades, tv was covered in fingerprints and the refrigerator door was all dented up which didn't give you a good first impression. We removed the burned out lamp and left it out for the maid but when we returned in the evening it was not replaced. We called the front desk to see if we could get a bulb and we were told they don't have access to them and they would have someone replace it the next day. It eventually got replaced. This was a two bedroom suite and the tv was removed from the second bedroom. It would have been nice to have one in that bedroom. Housekeeping just made the beds and cleaned the bathrooms daily. The kitchen was not touched nor was the room cleaned. We checked out at 5:45 A.M. and went to the front office for a receipt and no one was there. we waited about ten minutes and finally just left the keys.

Received a dirty room at check-in.

When we first got checked in, we were given our room keys, unloaded our vehicle, only to get to our room to find it had not been cleaned from last guests. Sofa bed pulled out, all bedding on floor, awful small and tip still laying on desk from previous guest. Had to take luggage back out, go back to desk to receive another room. The response was "it wasn't cleaned because it didn't get put on list. If it happens with next room, you can come back down and slam my head on desk?" Was not impressed with that response. My sister came to visit our room and my nephew vomited so I went down desk to ask for something to clean it up. I get 4 towels and 2 garbage bags. He says they have no cleaner? I'm sorry, what do you clean your rooms with? You can't possibly tell me that you have never had a spill on a carpet & that you have never had to use cleaner to clean it up. So we had to go purchase cleaner ourselves to clean it up. I was very disappointed. I will say when I checked out that the young lady working was very polite and as I exited a man in a suit was just arriving and thanked me for my stay at your hotel. I appreciated that. I plan on future visits here and am unsure that I will book here again. I loved the fact it had a furnished kitchenette as I dislike eating out, I prefer cooking. It's too bad the experience wasn't better as I would book again here for sure.

Bel hôtel bien situé

Excellent séjour à Towneplace. Seul bémol la piscine était hors service pendant notre séjour. Sinon, nous avions une suite deux chambres. Un peu bruyant car elle était située près la rue. Sinon la cuisine y est complète.hotel situé pas loin du pari Eagle creek.

July bowling trip

Ricky greeted me when I got there. Very helpful and good personality. Breakfast was good. Great room to cook meals in, saved money eating out. Room and hotel were clean. Pool was nice. We figured out there were cookies in te lobby on day 4 of ourtay. We had two different people cleaning our room one was clearly better than the other. Erica doing the breakfast station was always very pleasant and helpful. Food was always well stocked.
