We made reservation for two full bed bit ended up having only one and there was a mysteriously moldy smell in the room. I say mysteriously because the room itself was well kept and clean.

poor service , terrible beds.

it was terrible. you enter into a hallway to be checked in. the girl talked about how busy they were. i dont need to know this. the room was fairly clean and large in size. nice kitchen area. NO COFFEE POT, and of course there was no lobby so there was no complimentary coffee there. the beds were pull out sofa's with no sofa. they had metal support bar in middle and ply board with a thin mattress very uncomfortable. we were two myself and my daughter we got two towels and two washcloths. we used them to clean up after our trip and requested more. when we got back after dinner none. we called ext. zero for front desk ...i think that is what that hallway was and it would ring three times and auto hang up. this happened again in AM. the toilet had diff. flushing but did i call no, i could not even get towels. they say u get what u pay for but the next hotel i stayed in in OHIO was 3 dollars more a night. they had a lobby coffee all the time and continental breakfast with pillow top beds. bad bad hotel.

We were literally only in the hotel to sleep. The room was clean and spacious. The one staff member we had contact with was BEYOND RUDE. Absolutely awful. We visit Indianapolis often to race at Lucas Oil Raceway, the hotel isn't far from the track and is very affordable. We probably will return, simply for the value. Luckily we don't spend much time in the hotels, so we won't have to deal with the rude staff too much.

The bed was not comfortable at all....I woke up to alot of body pain....didn't really get any sleep because of the trains going by thru out the night and early mornings

The bed was small and uncomfortable. The shower curtain had holes in it. They put families with kids on the second floor (agrivating). The staff was friendly though!

beware of the train!!

The lady that worked the desk at night was rude and unprofessional. And it would have been a great accommadtion to have curtains to block light. Also to be warned there was a train that was going to blow at 7am.
