Other things to note
This condo flat is part of a "four-square" brick building built in 1910. Restored in 2008, inside your flat is a mix of eras from Craftsman, to 70's, 90's and the 10's. Renovations to the whole building are starting again budgeted in stages. Our very low nightly price reflects the fact some features and fixtures are not newly updated. The bay room that overlooks the creek is a seasonal room and is sealed off in extreme weather. Additionally, please pardon our mess downstairs and outside with window wraps, masonry work, and landscape. Remodeling efforts in the flat below may be occurring during your stay with very restricted work hours. Sounds are limited primarily to power drill screw driving and occasional mallet when needed for carpentry. The two flats on the west side are occupied by permanent residents. Please be respectful of our quiet hours.
