It close to Kroger and some fast food

My first time staying here is terrible cus no housekeeping to clean the room daily..if u are staying for a week u can't change ur towel,if ur room is dirty u have to leave it like that till u check out...I ask for a towel the front desk tell me that I need to pay to get a clean one

From my first impression, it's pretty decent for the cost. I'm very impressed with how clean the rooms are. I'm a little concerned about safety and the walls and floor are SUPER thin! My first night here and someone reported car theft... Not a good look but that's really everywhere you go now days. I will give an update after my stay. I haven't needed any hotel accommodations this far but it seems that whenever you need anything, you can just grab from the desk. And the people are super friendly.

After booking my room through expidia I arrived to find out my room had been given to someone who payed more than what i had reserved the room for. We were stranded and the hotel offered no apologies. All hotels were booked out because of local events. We finally found a run down and dirty hotel 45 min away from where we needed to be and payed an outrageous rate Would never trust expidia again nor would use this hotel. Horrible experience for my wife and I.

Pros: closeness to the stadium was all.
Cons: maken sure there is wash cloths an soaps available for your guests and bedding is clean of all burns when its a no smoke hotel!

Was a non smoking hotel with burns on the bedding an no wash cloths had to keep asking for neccisties, beds had no frame just on boards an slept horrible and my family has back issues. none of the lamps worked in the room. we ask for new bedding for the beds but no one brought new ones. was very dissatisfied in this hotel will not stay again nor recomend! Was a get away for me an my daughter and it wasnt a rememerable one with this type of stay.

Fairly New Hotel

Pros: Reliable internet Clean building
Cons: No frills hotel, room cleaning and internet cost extra
Location: Located near a busy train track. Close to Indy and Avon.
When booking via internet, better pay at time of booking, as hotel WILL NOT honor booking price. I've booked the hotel twice wanting to pay at time of check-in, both times they would not honor Expedia's pricing. The hotel is fairly new and in good repair, rooms are clean and comfortable. You must pay extra for room service and internet. Had issues getting internet on, it was fast and reliable. Front desk is closed after hours for those wanting to check-in late.
