Great Hotel with great Restaurant & Bar

Cons: Pool
Great Hotel, but the pool was not user friendly. The two Ladders had only two steps and it was very difficult to get out unless you were tall.

Needs some updating

Pros: The pool was clean and refreshing. The rooms were comfortable and relatively quiet.
Cons: Hire employees that care about providing exceptional customer service.
Location: Close to airport but nothing else.
Hotel rooms were good, but the interior and exterior needs some updating. I felt overall the staff was indifferent to their guests, for example not saying hello when you walked through the lobby, or you passed then in the hall. There was only one elevator in the wing that we were in which was out of service for over 12 hours.

Convenient hotel, close to the airport

Pros: Pool, Staff, Restaurant
Location: Locations is right by the airport and highways in and out of Indy, close to downtown and sporting events
Staff and location were excellent. Building itself is getting a little dated. Nice outdoor pool

Convention

The convention hall ac broke. 95 degrees. Under staffed. Ran out of beverages. Ran out of everything. Multiple people found bugs and roaches. In room service. Restaurant and food set for convention. Elevator sound like it was going break. Key cards only worked half the time. Prices to high. Ordered morning breakfast and wake up call. Neither happened. I would rather have lived in a tent at a McDonald's parking lot. It would have been cooler, cleaner and food would have been better. I'm still sick days after staying there

We do understand the discomfort this may have caused. Though we have periodic pest reports, we have not had multiple reports issued of this nature. No one told us that there wasn't an ice machine on 3rd floor when we checked in only after we walked and checked every door and on our venture for ice found out we couldn't get it on 3rd floor so we went to the 2nd floor through stairway and couldn't access 2nd floor because there wasn't a Door Knob !!!!

Watch out for raising rate if you do not via exped

This hotel is "ok". Initial staff was friendly. Upon checkout , things got worse. I had to wait for 5 minutes for someone to come to the desk at 8:50 am. Upon receiving bill, I was surprised that the rate was close to 75 usd more then advertise on Expedia. Staff was unapologetic and somewhat rude. Left a bad taste in my month.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay here. Staff was kind and Nicolino's restaurant was pretty good. Our shower had a little trouble draining so it pooled a tad in the bottom. We thought the bed was very comfortable.
