Easy acces. great amenities, outside city limits

Loud

Very loud hotel throughout entire night. Holds party conventions and they do not enforce any quiet hours.

Easy Access to Airport

Flew into Indy at 1:30am, needed hotel close by with shuttle service. Called the hotel when we arrived and the shuttle came within 10 min. They shuttle took us back in the morning so we could get our rental car... Worked out perfectly for us.

Dated Hotel

Pros: Lobby and Starbucks
Cons: Everything in the room.
Lobby is nice with good service. Room was dirty and dated. Door didn't shut correctly. The sheets had a very strong bleach odor that it was hard to sleep and the room temperature was 72 even with the air set at 65.

Surprisingly disappointing

The hotel was in surprising disrepair. Furniture in the rooms was damaged, areas in the bathroom had been patched and not painted. Holes in the wall where items used to be attached weren't filled in. Stained towels and just an overall dreary vibe to the whole place. Service was overall average, I rated higher on service because I was able to check in early but otherwisethe service was nothing special.

We are in the midst of a property renovation and are in the process of replacing furniture and art work in many of our guest rooms. As we make these changes during a busy season, the team has completed tasks in stages, leaving some of the wall holes and incomplete upgrades in some areas. very close to Indianapolis without the expense

Pros: look above
Cons: I liked the experience.
Location: Close to Indianapolis, a very beautiful town with many activities to go to.
very close to Indianapolis without the expense, the Hotel had enough extras such as the exercise room and a 24/7 coffee snack shop that was very satisfying. I would stay there again. The 24/7 shuttle to airport was great.

It could use more then one entrance so you don't have to carry luggage all through the hotel.
