Excellent Hotel

Pros: I really like how spacious the Rooms were. And clean.
Cons: Microwave in rooms so guest don't have to walk all the way down to lobby. We were on 3rd floor towards back of hotel. Became a headache
Location: Location was in a little division of other hotels. Had a local speed way and waffle house. Right off the expressway.
I went to this hotel for a Football game I Indiana as I am from Chicago Area. I had a very nice stay. Rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable and clean. The staff was very nice as well as the guest. The hotel was beautiful inside and out. The only thing that I did not find too pleasing was there was a $35 hold fee to be placed on a card for incidentals and I only had cash on me. So I had to drive to a local gas station and get a prepaid card before I received a room key. And then they held $42.00 instead of $35.00 and its been almost 5 days and the money is still pending-holding. Other than that, hotel stay was fantastic!

Good hotel

Room was clean and comfortable, not as spacious as newer hotels. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant food was very good and reasonable. Would stay again.

Perfect place to stay!

Location: This was for a pre-flight stay.
Had a very early flight out of Indianapolis airport, so I stayed here. This was the second time I have stayed at this location. The check in staff was friendly and efficient. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant food was top notch! The airport shuttle was on time. All in all a very pleasant experience.

The Indy Inn

This hotel is a gem. Close the the highway and close to the airport makes it convenient. It was clean. I would stay here again when in Indy.

Not very impressed!

Pros: Clean, hotel receptionist was nice
Cons: Price compared to what you get and the area was lame.
Location: Nothing at all!!
The room was OK, it was very clean, hotel staff was more than friendly, everything in the hotel (the carpet, restaurants) all seemed outdated and a little worn out. The hotel was very expensive, no breakfast, no accommodations, area sucked- Not very much for the price we paid! For $200 can we get a piece of toast?🤔

Great location!

Location: Great location near the airport but without the noise. Very convenient to downtown restaurants and activities as well as Lucas Oil Fieldhouse.
Great location. Nice rooms. 24 hour snack and coffee shop. Quick elevators.

Noisy

Pros: Check in process went very well and liked the Starbucks being located in the hotel.
Cons: Be up to date with insect inspections and pesticide applications.
Location: Very handy to the airport. A map would have been nice but we found it!! :-)
Our room was across from the fitness center and some guests used the hallway to get their walk in. Very loud talking and laughing. However after an hour of this, we called the front desk and whatever he did put an end to the noise. Also, our room was ground floor which we know is prone to more insects, bugs, etc. And we were disappointed to find a beetle crawling on one of our washcloths in the morning. Made us wonder if there were other insects in the room. :-(

Pros: This hotel is a marvel of arrangement and layout in a very problematic site (Airport, triangular lot site.
Cons: Not much that I could see.
Location: Came here pretty much for the event, except for one event-related trip.
Very good facilities. I was given a ground-floor room very convenient to Entry-Exit doors and Event rooms. Food and drinks excellent, with availability of soda at Tuck Shop in the midnight hours very much appreciated..
