Would not hesitate to stay again

The hotel is older. But the convenience to the airport made it a great thing. The staff was wonderful.

Very nice staff, nice sleep number bed. Room was a little dirty for my liking, but overall was a decent experience.

Unbelievable experience

The hotel,is really dated and needs maintenance.,Friday night when checking in, desk clerk Tracy was rude and offputting. Her systems were down and she does not handle stress well. Saturday the air went out in my room. My toilet stopped up and the elevator stopped working. I called guest services because at this point I wanted to check out and find another hotel. I spoke to Dawn in which she accomidated any and all my needs. She even went out of her way to make sure I did not have to,encounter Tracy anymore. As an employer, she has exclellent customer service skills,and I appreciate all she did.

Not nearly as good as advertised.

The hotel smelled old and wet, and during our visit, both elevators were out of service at varying times, causing for unusually long waits for a working elevator. The restaurant was not serving food, and so we had to leave our family reunion and drive some distance every time someone needed to eat. Our clean room was the only positive aspect of the stay. While the front desk staff were polite, the stay was a tremendous disappointment, especially considering the ratings on hotels.com that led me to book my stay here.

I am a little confused about your comment about leaving your family reunion every tiem someone wanted to eat, as we have not had a family reunion here at this hotel since last April. SCARY

The hotel is on top of the airport so it is loud. They don't have enough employees so you will have to wait a while took them over two hours to bring us a tv remote because our room didn't have one. Our room also didn't have a shower curtain and that was never sent to us even after asking multiple times for it. The elevator wasn't working properly and they had a maintenance worker in it at all times and it was actually scary took the stairs to the third floor because of the elevator being so frightening. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The elevator has been fixed, and we did have an employee operating it 24/7 until the part arrived for your safety, we are sorry if that negatively impacted your stay. Of course being an airport hotel, it can get noisy with airport noises, just one of the inconveniences of staying at an airport hotel.
