My stay

Overall the stay was satisfactory. There was no ice chest nor dishware, and the sofa bed was broken. However, the staff was friendly and room was clean.

Alright for the price.

Location: Too close to the highway but close to everything
Major issue were the windows, it was like there was none and the bed was right by it. I had to ask for 2 extra blanket because the first night I froze. Other than that, having a full kitchen was nice. Bathroom wasn't the cleanest and the whole room smelled because previous tenant cook something and I guess they should have left the window open for freshening between the 2. And it's real close to the highway so a bit hard to sleep

Pros: Quick check in
Cons: Update room decor Add shuttle service to airport.
Location: Close to airport. Disappointed shuttle was not available.
Got in very late. Used the front desk to contact staff. Clear instructions to do so. Attendant very quickly responded.

I have stayed in several hotels in the Indianapolis area and this was by far the worst and cost the most money. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. The bed fell apart. The curtains were moving from the wind coming in the windows and they were closed...the heating and cooling device was coming apart.

Poorly trained, never again

It took 40 min for the guy in front of me and then myself to get checked in. She then want to double charge me. There was no coffee at 8:00am & they only offer oat meal packets for breakfast. Never again

The worst hotel stay of my life

Terrible hotel. The bathtub was loose fitting plastic that was a hazard to life and limb. No handhold in the tub. Rationed to two towels and washloths, you have to bring your dirty ones to the desk to exchange for clean. No kitchen supplies at all in the room and had a very long wait to even get a simple coffee pot.

My daughter and I were there for a dance convention. So we were not there long just one night but our stay was very pleasant!!!

Terrible smell in room on reneged on room credit!

The smell coming out of the sink drain was so bad I had to put a wet tile in it. I had three rooms booked for 2 nights at $250.00 plus a night. I was told they would credit one of my rooms for one night because of the terrible smell (I almost threw up) but when I check out the manage changed her mind and only gave me 50% one room for one night. I will never have my company or myself stay in another Extended Stay America!!!
