Old, tired and worn out hotel

Pros: The two ladies at the front desk were pleasant and knowledgable.
Cons: A complete overhaul of the hotel. However, you can't do anything about the location which was disappointing.
Location: Misleading location, not by the airport and nothing to do nearby nor places to eat.
We were disappointed that the condition of the hotel was not what we expected nor what the pictures lead us to believe. It was overpriced for the condition, and age of the hotel. The location is not by the airport (though it looks like it on a map), it is in an industrial park with no where to eat later at night when we checked in. Misleading location.

Multiple problems, but nice staff people

After check in, we headed to our room, only to find it completely consumed with cigarette smoke. We tried to call the front desk to request a change, but the phone was broken. Went back to the desk, and the staff was prompt and kind in assigning a new room. Our second room was fine until 2:00 am, when I was awakened to dripping water on my hand in my bed. There was a leak in the ceiling from the pipes. We called the front desk and after 30 minutes she found us another room. Gathered our things and moved to our third room. Asked the staff person to see if we could get a discount for all the trouble we'd experienced, and she said she'd check into it--but we never heard a word back on it. The next morning as we were showering, we discovered the room had no hair dryer. Front desk did bring one up. The breakfast was very skimpy, too, but the facility was pretty attractive and clean looking.

A nice night

It was clean. Bed was nice staff was great... Internet sucked.. Even the high-speed was not good. But all in all a good hotel.

Good hotel

Great hotel, clean room. There are few places for food near the hotel, so bring food with you.
