Cheap cheap cheap

Had to wait over 15 minutes to check in. Elevator wasn't working. Front desk girl seemed inexperienced. Room was decent. Won't be back.

breakfast

breakfast could of been more than a grab and go. it would of been nice if it was a hot breakfast. the rooms needed to be more space. there should of been recliner in each room as it shows on the website.

Perfect for what we needed

Pros: The kitchenette was so nice! The staff was friendly and very helpful.
Location: We had a conference at the Indianapolis Convention Center and the commute was the best we've ever had! The best location for great travel!
This was the best deal ever! Good price for a very nice, clean fully equipped room. It seemed to be safer and in a good location. Staff was great and very accommodating! Highly recommend this hotel!

Is okay hotel to staying

the only thing I did not like was to see people from bargains outside the loby, ordinary people and there are no restaurants near the hotel

It was OK until I saw the mold growth on the shower curtain and hair that did not belong to me.....

Good staff, bad if you have no car.

Amazing staff. Excellent for locals, but if you don't have a car you're in for a struggle. The nearest gas station is miles away. Deliveries for food shut down at 10 PM. No access to drugstores or groceries for miles. Internet service slows down to a crawl, even with paid premium because of the load after 5pm.

People friendly, building needs some work...

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff and price was reasonable
Cons: Building needs some work / maintenance
Location: Near the airport--5-10 minutes to airport, 10-15 minutes to downtown area
I needed a hotel for a convention in town, and the price for this place was good. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and reasonably comfortable, but there seem to be issues with most rooms. (The lock to the bathroom in my room did not work, the air conditioner in my room was extremely noisy (sounded like I was sleeping next to a river--not necessarily an obnoxious sound, but disconcerting when sleeping indoors), the door to a friends room stuck and needed to be pushed fairly strongly to open). I recognize that I was not paying for the Hilton, but some of this is fairly basic maintenance.
