Friendly staff and quick shuttle service.

I was impressed with the service of the shuttle service and staff after a previous experience at a neighboring hotel. Check-in was super quick and staff was very friendly. I was very unsatisfied with the previous cleaning of my room. The bathroom was not cleaned well (dirty toilet and hair all over the floor) and the bed had a ridiculous amount of hair in it. I assume the sheets weren’t actually changed which is so gross. I cleaned my own bathroom and requested clean linen and changed it myself. Doors began slamming at 4am from the ton of workers who stay there. But other than that, it was a place to sleep for the night.

Convenient hotel

Pros: Closeness to the Airport.
Cons: It is not the most convenient for getting food. One needs to walk or drive a quarter of a mile or more to get food.
Location: Not much there except the airport.
Hotel is close to the Indianapolis Airport and a shuttle is provided at times convenient for any flight time.

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Every night that we returned to our room, the key card did not work. So we weren’t able to get into our room. We were told on multiple nights that maintaince would be notified so that the issue would be fixed but it never was. Robin was a life saver every night and would unlock our door every night. If I was to travel back to Indianapolis, I would not stay at this location.

The staff were nice and the room appeared clean but there was a musty sort of odor in the room and most of the hotel.

Hotel room needs an update

Staff was very nice. Bed linen was clean. The carpet in the room needs changed. The room had a very unpleasant odor and come to find out it was a very old and dirty carpet.

Moldy and outdated

Pros: Only good thing about this hotel was the closeness to the highway in and out of Indy
Cons: Hotel needs some TLC and a better breakfast.
Unfortunately there was a very strong odor of mold in the room, probably from the carpet that was wrinkled as if it had water damage. We thought of asking to change rooms but when we checked in, the clerk had mentioned they were totally sold out for that evening. That also explained why there was not 1 parking spot left when we arrived later in the evening, forcing us to park in a business parking lot away from the hotel. The carpet near the elevators were very wore. Breakfast was average.

Convenient hotel

Running in the downtown marathon, so location was convenient. Hotel was clean. My only problem would be with the carpet, needs replacing. Breakfast was standard, nothing above average however opened earlier than most, at 5. Employees were friendly.
