I made a last minute reservation do to weather and travel conditions. The price I paid was very fair. when I arrived my reservation and room key were ready and I was in my comfortable clean room in 3-4 minutes. Thanks

Great Place for the Price

Just needed a place to sleep while on a quick trip for a family event. The hotel was affordable, in a decent location and pleasing enough. The beds are a bit soft, usual hotel continental breakfast and friendly staff. We needed a late night snack and a drink so we went to the restaurant next door. Great pizza and great staff!

Good shuttle, hotel not great

Location: Near Indianapolis airport
Shuttle to airport was perfect, extremely punctual, drivers courteous. Hotel room and overall facility not that clean or well maintained. We had a non-smoking room which smelled of smoke upon check in and the smell remained all night. Based on prior reviews I was expecting it to be cleaner and more updated - the whole place just felt a bit neglected. But if you aren't too particular and need the shuttle/parking it's ok. They do charge a separate daily fee for parking if you are leaving your car/park & fly.

Cons: better breakfast
An initial frustration was difficulty in getting the hotel's direct phone number (I had booked through Expedia). I was arriving at the Indy Airport after midnight and only after making my reservation did the "no arrivals after midnight" information appear on the reservation confirmation. Thus, I had to phone Expedia (and wait), but eventually the Expedia person talked with the Inn (he said) and alerted the Inn to my late arrival and my need for a "free airport shuttle" from airport to Inn after midnight. The Expedia person also gave me the Inn's direct phone number. After arriving at the airport, I called the Inn. The person who answered seemed aware that I would be arriving after midnight (and that was okay), BUT he said that he had no shuttle driver and therefore I would have to arrange my own transportation. A Lyft ride cost over 16 dollars and nearly 45 minutes elapsed in getting the Lyft and getting to the hotel on a VERY cold Indy night at nearly 2 a.m. Not fun. Before leaving the next morning (after a reasonably good encounter with the front desk person after arriving and a sub-mediocre breakfast (including room temperature orange juice) and a satisfactory room), I stopped at the front desk to complain about the shuttle failure the night before. To my surprise, the woman there listened to my story, asked how much the ride had cost me, and gave me cash to reimburse for the ride. THAT was amazing and much appreciated, and I thanked the woman and left.

Helpful Hotel Staff

Pros: We liked the friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
Cons: We had expected free parking for the duration of our trip.
Location: The location is about a 10-minute drive from the airport.
We stayed here two nights, while travelling out of the Indianapolis airport and again on arrival. We left our car parked here (for about 1/2 the cost of the airport). The motel provided shuttle and taxi service. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and adequate.

Not as close to airport as I thought

Advertised as an Indy airport hotel and it was 10+ miles away. Room was dirty and dated. Heater made a very loud noise. Walls were cracked and paint was peeling. Mold on caulking around shower. No easy access to ice/vending. Breakfast was a joke. Not worth the price. Will not stay here again. I've stayed in many Microtel Inns but this was the worst. They didn't even give me the room I reserved. I asked for a single queen and was put in a very cramped double queen room.

Very nice night staff! Hotel was clean, just outdated. The room we stayed in was not fully stocked. Very good price!!

Had to take kids to airport hotel would take me but not pick me back up even though my wife stayed in bed because of early flight. I had to pay 30 dollars for taxi.
