Cons:
This was an overnight stay on our way home. The room had all we needed and the price was right. Very quiet.

Staff was very nice

Pros: Location and Staff
Cons: The room and bathroom needs to be bigger. The TV was small but functional. No real closet. Noisy air conditioner. .
Location: Close to shops and airport
We needed to have some display items for a tradeshow sent ahead of our stay and the staff was very knowledgeable and handled it without a glitch. Very professional and well informed staff.

Overall Good Value Near Airport.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free airport shuttle was prompt in taking us to airport and picking us up.
Cons: At the lower hotel rates, the airport shuttle is free, but there is a fee for hotel parking after the first day while you're traveling.
Our stay was for a park and fly out of the Indianapolis International Airport. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful, taking down our departing/arrival flight information. The facilities are very clean, as was the room. Complimentary breakfast was OK, and they were very prompt with the airport shuttle, which was a little less than 15 minutes to the airport. After our return flight, I was impressed at how fast the shuttle came to the airport to pick us up (again about 15 minutes).

Nice hotel for the money

Pros: Price
Cons: Internet and Breakfast could be improved
Room was clean, beds were comfortable. TV was in and out static. Internet was slow. Breakfast was just ok. Pancake machine was not working.

Hallways smoky

Hallways reeked of cigarette smoking so bad I had to put a towel under my door to keep out the stench & smoke. Bathroom sink clogged up, super small TV anchored up by ceiling, horrible way to view TV. Walls dirty, scratched up, I would not recommend this property.

Pros: Friendly, good service from both day and night staff
Cons: Repairs in bathroom
Late flight, ordered shuttle pick up and it was there waiting for me, friendly night staff, same in the morning.

Very good experience. The hotel staff was pleasant and helpful and the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful amenities, good location, great price.

Very clean room with a convenient location for getting to the airport or downtown. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Wifi was pretty weak so just used cell instead. Exercise room was a nice bonus. For the price, really fantastic experience. Will be back again.

No free parking

Checked into our hotel and was informed that they do not offer free parking, you have to pay $29 to keep your car there. I booked this hotel because of the fact it says "free parking and airport shuttle". They do offer a free shuttle, but I was too annoyed to even use it. I went ahead and used the Fast Parking by the airport for $24. Oh and you can't add the parking to your room bill, you have to pay separately. I totally felt like I was being scammed! I won't ever use this hotel again!
