Not enough parking!!!! Had a dumpster delivered right outside our window at 5 am.

Great stay

Staff greeted us with a sincere smile. Check in was speedy. Room was clean and spacious.

Clean and friendly staff-pillow poor

Everything was great except all the pillows were broken down and uncomfortable

Big room for the price.

The only issue we had with the room was there wasn't any power to one corner of the room. Neither the light or outlet had power next to the TV.

Close to airport

Some peeling paint and some mold in the bathroom. cleaners missed a few places in the room. The pool area could use some work.

The UI Trip

Pros: I loved the great selection of breakfast items as well as the quality of items. The team obviously took pride in their job. (Presentation and taste)
Cons: Maybe add a way to secure the curtains in the room to overlap completely. It took a little finagling to ensure the complete closure of the curtain.
Location: The location was easy to navigate and centrally located with several restaurants, shopping and convenience stores/gas stations.
Everyone at the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The hotel was very easy to find yet had a bit of seclusion to provide a peaceful rest. It was also centrally located to various facilities that could address any personal needs of travelers. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling. Great value for the cost.

they couldn't find our reservation but got us a room. /when we returned with our luggage to check in they had found it. not very addept

Disappointing Accomodations

Unfortunately, this was not a 4 star hotel. The tub appeared to be dirty and in need of repair. In addition, there was a spotlight outside of the window and because the curtains didn't completely close, it felt like we were sleeping with the lights on. Lastly, we turned the heater on to take the chill off of the room and it smelled like like it was on fire.
