Not the Quality Inn
"The staff were friendly. But from the time I walked in and was told that the first floor of the hotel flooded I knew there was going to be a problem. When I got my alternate room, I could see it hadn’t been used for some time. The carpet had yellowing-brown and red stains. The mirrors were dirty. In the bathroom there were no towels. We had to ask for the refrigerator that was supposed to come with the room. We were told they were short on refrigerators, so they had to go to an empty room to get one from there. The manager of the hotel is also the maintenance guy. The so called hot breakfast, I wouldn’t even bother. If I were the owner I would take that off the advertisement. The elevator constantly smelt like marijuana and the phone was broken. This place really need some cleaning up."
"Room was clean and comfortable. They are in the process of updating the rooms so there was a light not plugged in and thermostat on wall was not wotking yet. Didnt bother me at all. Both people i dealt with at front desk were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. I grew up near here so this is definitely the better side of town. "
