Awful, did npt even have napkins for the breakfast

Cons: everything
Location: Eating places close by and outlets within 45minute drive.
The refrigerator had not been defrosted in months, the ironing board did not stay up, our key was deactivated every time we left our room, the shower did not work probably, there was a 100.00 deposit required you were not told about, there was only one warm container of juice and yogurt, no syrup, no napkins, this is one of the worst places we have ever stayed and will not stay there again. Would not recommend to anyone.

Pros: Location near event
Cons: Needs more staff and updates and renovations on the hotel.
Location: Ok needs to updated and remodeled, not to far from the Westfield mall and resturants better area.
Check in was to long need more staff, wait was to long not many people to check in. Process needs to be faster and refund deposit should not be charged if no charges have applied.

It was a deserted place and no clear signs of parking entrance or office Not much of a breakfast options

Convenient for our travels.

The hotel was a good value. It was convenient for us as we were traveling. The rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, we had a good stay.

It was professional and nice to swim in the pool to get away from family the staff was pleasant and parking was good u did see the walls have been patched up alot probably from all the wear and tear of customers

Cheap run down old drug hotel

Cons: Everything. this is typical small owner property
Location: Mostly lower class, not a big deal but the businesses are run down
Everything about this property was completely different than what we saw in the ad and pictures. bed hard, bathroom was gross, painted and somewhat newer tub and counter. not even any kleenex. old used roll of toilet paper. harley riders rding down the halls. peple hanging out in the back at night and early morning. weeds around the property. I wouldn't stay at this property if my life depended on it. sorry but its the truth. I did not ask for a refund after I was awoken the first night due to harley riders. I just left the next morning with 2 nights remaining.................

Budget price, budget accommodation

It's a budget hotel so you can't expect too much, the place definitely needs a face lift but the room was comfortable and the wifi excellent.

Not Good

Not recommended for family with kids. Pool hours is not meet the satisfaction, no Jacuzzi. Breakfast is horrible, never been to such bad hotel in my life. Very disappointed with this hotel.
